I ordered The Art of Outer Wilds artbook and initially had an issue with the delivery (the parcel was returned to the sender due to a problem with the local carrier). After contacting Black Screen Records, their team investigated the situation and kindly sent me a replacement copy.

The new parcel arrived quickly and was packed with great care. The artbook itself is absolutely beautiful and I’m really happy to finally have it.

Thank you to the team for the support and for resolving the issue so professionally. I would definitely order from Black Screen Records again!

Je n'ai rien à reprocher à ce site honnêtement le service est parfait, et la seule fois où j'ai trouvé moins chère que chez eux c'était à quelques euros près et je me suis retrouvé avec un service de bien moins bonne qualité limite borderline qui m'a presque traumatisé LOL.
Le catalogues est exceptionnel, il est remplit de contenue niche, et on peut même demander à ce qu'ils ajoutent des produits dont ils n'ont pas connaissance, ils l'ont déjà fait pour moi en tout cas.
Et je ne parle pas de l'embalage du colis, il est fait sur-mesure pour les vinyles et même stylisé, le contenue est bien protégé, je n'ai encore eu aucun problème de qualité avec les vinyles et les CDs que j'ai commandé chez eux.
Aucun frais de douane à déclarer de mon côté. (Ils sont basé en Allemagne je crois)

Je tiens tout de même à dire que je commande chez eux car leurs articles est inaccessible pour moi sinon, pour la musique plus classique je recommande tout de même de faire vos courses chez vos magasins locaux.

I received a cassette which suffered in audio quality. After contacting them about this, they sent a replacement cassette.

Received item in a damaged condition, for a £100 item not great. Then told I have to pay for return shipping if I want any money back or a return. Extremely disappointed in them as I've shopped with them before and have other items on preorder.

Beware before shopping.

*update, they sent me a new box to replace - opened the product and the inner sleeves were all ripped at the bottom with the vinyl. Very poor for the products price

Fairly priced and very reliable. Despite long waiting times on several preorders from Japan no order has been ever cancelled due to the LPs being unable to be delivered by manufacturers or third parties, something I've experienced numerous times ordering from other shops. Proces are sometimes higher but more often lower than the competition.

I have bought from Black Screen Records twice and both orders arrived in the UK without any problems. The packaging is very secure and the records are always in perfect condition 👌

Didnt tryed it yet, looks good, but i will mention small damage on the side of label. I didnt think it was your fault, probably its just because of vinyl moving inside of label.

Having been a customer for several years now, I am continually impressed with everything offered and delivered by BSR. Ordering precious items like vinyl on an international basis is always somewhat precarious.. but their robust packaging ensures the likelihood of damage in the mail is exceedingly low.

ordino spesso da BSR, colleziono cd e giocando ai videogiochi ordino sempre le colonne sonore da loro. la spedizione (spring) è abbastanza veloce, l’assistenza clienti va bene anche se forse leggermente lenta ma essendo un piccolo team va bene così. consigliato!
