Ordered shoe goo. With next day delivery. After a week nothing turned up. Contacted store via email address they gave in my order receipt, no response.

I tried calling their number and the automatic message just said to email them

Had to do a PayPal dispute, as no response from email or phone, several days after they just refunded me, no apology or explanation.

Ghost company with nobody there!

Also to add, I have been weeks trying to get this review out, they keep trying to censor it by reporting it as a breach of trustpilots guidelines. That shows you what kind of people they are.

Ordered a complete but with upgrades, the wheels I wanted were held up in customs but Black Sheep kept me informed all the way and even sent me my set up with their Black Sheep wheels and my Lowdown’s at no extra cost. Brilliant service and this is now the only Skate shop I will use. Cheers

Issues with Royal Mail delivery didn't help but overall the communication with Harry was always available and I unfairly put blame on this store when in fact they were very helpful.
I would recommend and use this company again In future.

Ordered a complete a few weeks ago for next day pick up online. I made a mistake, didn't wait for my confirmation email and shown up way too early not realising it needed assembling. The staff got on with it straight away with no complaints and the board was ready to go in 15 minutes. Great attitude, so i will be coming back for any new gear in future.

I ordered some new kit from here as a first time customer last week, everything was delivered correctly and on time with no issues at, would use again.

I've not received my board yet because I only just ordered. I accidentally put the wrong address for delivery and Harry and the guys sorted it right away. Looking forward to my order!

Ordered a complete skateboard on Saturday and it arrived today (very quick for free delivery during a pandemic!), well boxed and in good condition. I chose to buy from Black Sheep as they had the best selection of decks for complete boards at a reasonable price.

I went to order a skateboard that said it was in stock but, when i clicked order i was suddenly told it was no longer in stock however the payment was still bank authorised. I tired another skateboard and the same happend again. The money for the skateboards has not been put back in my bank. You will not get through to their phone line and the people on the contact email are unhelpful and rude.

I cannot recommend this shop due to the long delay to dispatch and the contact phone number that noone answers. I ordered pads on Sunday evening, with a 3-5 days delivery. The web site quite clearly says no delays due to Covid 19. On wednesday (today) they had not even shipped so as I was very concerned I rang the contact number on the web page. No answer. I rang again. And again. I must have rang ~20 times today. I eventually replied to the purchase confirmation email with a cancellation request. It was answered in a minute or so by Harry. He sounded quite indignant to have received my polite email. He cancelled the order. I explained politely why I was concerned. He claimed that the parcel was wrapped and ready to be shipped. The tone suggested I was at fault. He even said "It's ok I was worried we had done something wrong ". Well Harry, I if you have a contact number, and noone answers, that's not normal. And to not even ship for three days is not normal. Yes you answered my email very quickly, and cancelled the order very quickly. But still when noone answers the phone throughout the day people will start to worry that the shop has gone out of business, especially in the current climate.

Terrible.
Ordered an item for my daughter after she had done her research and searched the Web for hours.
Order accepted and confirmation email received only for refund to be issued 3 days later with no explanation.
Contacted store and was told bluntly 'out of stock'.
Item was showing as available and order confirmation received unbelievably poor admin and shockingly poor way of treating customers.
Be warmed.

This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write but I’m so overwhelmed by their service I felt the need. I ordered 3 skate decks at 3am yesterday morning, they accepted the delivery, grip taped them all up(neatly and for free), packaged them securely and sent them to then be at my door by today on a Saturday morning and with no delivery charge!! Outstanding! 5*
So thanks Black Sheep Store, keep up the great service!

A skateshop with a long history that is notable for a wide selection of wheels, tools and bushings that other shops don't carry or overcharge for. They can get very busy so plan out your order well ahead. Thank you Harry for shipping to my country!

awful. made a purchase then was told the next day it wasnt in stock now and after over a week still no refund, stay well away.

I made an order a few weeks ago, and have been waiting on my package. The money was already taken from my account. :(

I have been a long time customer of this store and have always had a great service from them, whether its been shopping instore or online. Thank you Black Sheep.

I only needed a few accessories, but customer service was very attentive when I needed a second package sent. Nice one guys!

5/5 - Great dudes! Called me to discuss order when they had stock errors, postage was lightning. Support your local!

I haven't received my order and despite provided tracking number was showing that I had to file claim to Amazon to get refund.
