I ordered for the first time and…
I ordered for the first time and worried that payment should be made in advance, but everything went perfectly. Manager texted very fast and clarified the procedure of payment and shipping. Also he advised me to try a new HLGN tobacco flavor. I took it and didn't regret. Thank you so much! Order was shipped quickly with a tracking number. I’m absolutely satisfied.

After some communication difficulties I finally received my shipment. It took approx 4 werks but that is okay. They are not a scam at least.

Skräp företag
Beställde varan 26/9. Det stod då att man skulle få vänta på att nån hörde av sig och hur mycket frakten skulle kosta. Fick aldrig någon återkoppling. Så kontaktade som själv och dom tog betalt och allt. Han skrev att efter jag hade betalat så skulle jag ett spårningsnummer direkt. Fick spårnings nummer 10/11. Fick paketet den 19e och va såklart tvungen att betala tull. Det va även vid många tillfällen säljaren jag skrev med slutade svarade. Usel service, va ärliga från början istället... Då hade jag sluppit lämna denhär resentionen

However, we understand that we are responsible for the performance of any of our employees. But in your review you paid attention only to the negative aspects that arose during the work on your order. You didn’t mention in any way that every time you wrote to our corporate Instagram, you were answered promptly and as politely as possible, and the employee immediately asked the manager to contact you ASAP. I also note that, although late, you received a tracking number. Your hookah bowl that you ordered has been successfully delivered to you. Therefore, your phrase about the low quality of service is not entirely correct. However, the situation that arose made us understand what weaknesses we have and how they need to be solved. Thank you for your feedback, we apologize again for the inconvenience.
