I have ordered a variety of items from Blackshoe over the years, cards, mugs, pictures and our own personalised wedding invitations. The results have never been anything less than brilliant and I would always recommend Blackshoe. Customer care is top notch and nothing is too much hassle.

I sent a scan of our wedding photo to Katie. With our 5th anniversary coming up last October, she created an excellent card - including Arthur, the cat that has adopted us - and it took pride of place on the day!

After seeing many different pieces that Blackshoe had produced, I decided to take the plunge and order a personalised ‘thank you’. I could not have been more chuffed with the results. My comments and wishes were listened to and details and personalisation were added to great effect.
The recipients love love love their picture.
Whole process from first contact to delivery were easy and efficient.

Over the past few years we have had several amazing pieces of work from Blackshoe. The details are amazing and each one is your own original piece. The customer service is second to none, Katie takes time and patience to get all the necessary details plus more. Give her a call you won't de disappointed but beware you won't be able to stop at one!

I have purchased Blackshoe Christmas cards, one off cards, mugs and several A4 pictures - some that are personalised, some that from musicals. Where they have been gifts, all the recipients have been delighted and the one of my family for my parents 50th wedding anniversary was perfect. Katie is excellent in communicating the process, timescales and answering any queries you may have. Highly recommended

Love the black shoe products, we have ordered for special gifts on a few occasions. The customer service is always super and the bespoke pictures are excellent value. Would recommend!

I have used Blackshoe for many special occasions over the past 5 years and Mrs Blackshoe never disappoints , I have never yet had a card or mug that I didn’t love , somehow with very little information really the perfect item pops through the letterbox. If you are unsure don’t be, I cannot recommend Blackshoe highly enough.

I ordered a Mother’s Day picture of my 3 children for my mum. The picture is amazing, and included personalised touches, like my twins curly hair, and my sons blue teddy - which at the time never left his side. The turnaround time was quick, especially considering it was specially made. The picture takes pride of place in my mum’s kitchen. Thank you m!

For a number of years I have purchased Blackshoe personalised Christmas cards. Originally with 4 of us in, then 5. Then 5, one with a bump, then 6.
Katie has one of the most caring sites I have used. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Just pop her a message with all the details and the magic begins.
She shows an amazing attention to detail, however small or wriggly - If you want it on your card, she will add it !

Ordered many items from Ms Blackshoe and they are always fantastic! Every one I have ever given as a gift has been so loved. Last time a small spelling mistake on a name, quick email and it was sorted and replacements sent arriving 48 hours later. Amazing service 😊

I just happened to come across Blackshoe personalised gifts and cards on the internet as I was looking for a fun personalised wedding card for my daughters and son in laws wedding. Katie was fantastic, communication was really prompt and she created their wonderful personalised wedding card which my daughter and her hubby loved so much they are going to frame it!
