Consistently excellent service from Black Tomato
Just returned from a fantastic trip to Cuba arranged by Black Tomato.
They were extremely helpful in creating a trip that suited all our interests, putting us in touch with a fantastic team of interesting and professional local guides who could not have been more helpful.
We’ve travelled with Black Tomato several times, always to fabulous destinations and properties, and we’ve already booked our next adventure with them for next year.

Overall, Black Tomato provided a great experience.
Overall, it was a great experience. Black Tomato and their local partners went out of way to accommodate our request for some changes to our itinerary. This level of flexibility would be one of the main reasons to use bespoke travel planner such as Black Tomato. The reason I’m not giving them a five star is that we felt Black Tomato could have done a better job vetting one of the hotels against our personal needs in the first place.

Black Tomato and Tom Harding were absolutely brilliant. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them and Tom. The process and info provided made everything seamless for our honeymoon. Then the little touches like the gifts before and on returning show the class nature of this business. My first time using a service like this…
My first time using a service like this - and it was solid. My husband and I weren't seated together on either of our domestic flights. I would have pushed for that or ensured that we paid extra to have this. I will say the third party they used for us in Ireland, Paula Ward was fantastic. Above and beyond. I was just a bit disappointed in some of our travel assignments that had I planned on my own, I would have corrected. One thing that was great was the printed daily guide. We referenced that often as we didn't always have access to wi-fi or our app,

Thank you so much for your review - I'm so glad to hear you had a great time on your honeymoon, though I do apologise for the communication issues you experienced. Unfortunately, with the earthquake that occurred in Lombok a week before your trip, there was a lot of back and forth with our partners trying to rearrange logistics for everyone and therefore communication was not as quick as normal. We do hope that this didn't deter too much from your honeymoon and overall experience with Black Tomato.

Excellent service, really helpful and supportive plus BTO showed a lot of patience and understanding in the process of formulating itinerary. Really delivered on brief. Local partner was very supportive too and all accommodation was of a very high standard. Will certainly use BTO again. Thanks for a fabulous trip!
