Black Tomato planned our honeymoon through Croatia, France and Spain. It was truly special. Everything went incredibly smooth. We had private drivers waiting for us at every airport, hotel, and restaurant. They planned a bunch of experiences we didn't even think to ask about like truffle hunting and olive oil tastings, and completely took the stress out of the trip. Their staff was always available for any questions or recommendations. It can be a little expensive, but if you're looking for an incredible experience, and willing to pay a bit for it, we found it totally worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Black Tomato made planning (and then replanning and replanning for a third and fourth time due to Covid) our Honeymoon so easy. It was honestly the best decision I made related to wedding planning. We ended up traveling from our home in the US to French Polynesia and it was an absolute dream, and truly an unforgettable experience. The logistics on the ground were seamless, everything was planned and there were no hiccups in any of the coordinated accommodations, excursions or transfers. We look forward to planning future trips with Black Tomato!

We are so thankful for Black Tomato for without them we don't think our honeymoon turned one-year anniversary would have been possible! It was our first two-week long vacation and they helped plan and think of everything - from an amazing line-up of six of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, to a perfectly planned itinerary that was a mix of relaxation and exploring. As the days grew closer, we were overwhelmed by the paperwork and testing that came with traveling during COVID, but Black Tomato responded to all our questions instantly with solutions and suggestions. Once we got abroad, we didn't have to think twice about it because we knew we had a great team behind the scenes working through any scenario. Can't thank the team and Luca enough - I'm not sure we'll be able to vacation any other way again!

Great experience. Jihane put together a great honeymoon in Greece in a short amount of time and took the stress out of traveling during COVID. All of the tour guides and experiences set up were perfect! A big thanks to Jihane and the Black Tomato team!

We booked our honeymoon through Black Tomato and had a brilliant time. The team were especially amazing as we had to re-organise the trip 3 times across two continents due to Covid and they were really supportive throughout the whole process and made it seem a breeze. The final trip was close to home in Scotland, but was completely bespoke and we got to do so many amazing and unusual activities that we would never have been able to do otherwise. We were looked after so well and there were some lovely surprises along the way too. We would really recommend Black Tomato and can't wait to organise our next trip through them!

Exceeded my expectations.

I contacted Rob and Black Tomato for a range of adventures and experiences. Several emails and phone conversations, I narrowed my focus to a Greenland adventure.
Rob helped identify what I wanted and put together a range activities over ten days. Glamping & good hotels, hiking, icebergs and icecap, gourmet food: fresh fish, reindeer and musk ox.

My husband and I used Black Tomato to plan our honeymoon to Croatia and Montenegro, and we are so glad we did. After we first reached out to BT, they got back to us the next day with a proposed itinerary that we were very excited about. The cultural expeditions were unique, local, authentic, and so much fun. The trip logistics were seamless, and every guide and driver BT arranged for us was exceedingly kind, accommodating, informative, and pleasurable company. I would highly recommend using BT for any big trip you are planning!

We had the most wonderful experience planning our honeymoon with Black Tomato amidst COVID. Sunil is the one we directly worked with and he did a fantastic job. We made many adjustments to our plans as time went by due to certain travel restrictions and personal preferences and he was very patient with us and always had great suggestions. They thought of everything! This includes airport transfers, cars, activities and more. This is the best way to plan the most unforgettable trip without stressing about it.

Thoughtful review and recommendation of activities and hotel stays based upon my desired trip. Very responsive both during the planning stage while also on the trip itself. BT App was very useful in aggregating trip documents and related tickets.

Extremely attentive to level of safety while also providing updates with respect to COVID-19. Cannot stress enough the flexible return policy and the level of comfort we had while traveling internationally. Felt very well prepared.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with our recent trip to Italy to celebrate my 50th birthday. Planning a trip during a pandemic is difficult but Alys from Black Tomato made it an enjoyable experience. Our trip was fantastic, action packed, beautiful hotels, expert tour guides and A+ transportation. I really felt like a celebrity with all the special service and care we received. We traveled to 3 locations in Italy, and not a single detail was left out. Alys even arranged a day on a boat to the island of Capri for my birthday. They even had a cake, Prosecco and confetti canon on board. We traveled with my 18 year old sons and they were blown away too. It is worth every penny to have an expert plan a trip like this. Lifelong dream was visiting the mountain gorillas in Rwanda. Black Tomato planned the trip in great detail and listening to customer needs even in a period where planning a trip is not easy. Black Tomato showed great adaptability and used network to accommodate short term changes to itinerary. On the ground network is great and travel documents and information is detailed and to the point. The whole network works closely together to make sure clients are always served in best possible way and changes can be made on the spot. Trusted partner over many many years.

Black Tomato has planned two vacations for us now. One was for our family of six (four children under the ages of 11) and one trip for my husband and I. One trip was before the pandemic and one was after. Communication was quick and helpful and every detail of the trips were so well thought out. Can’t wait to plan another vacation with them!
