Overall it is a good experience shopping with blank clothing . Find that their soho tshirt is better than the staple tshirt that I bought from as colour previously.

Whilst the clothing is good, the service is not. When their courier didn't deliver, I had no honest reply from either of them and my parcel remained undelivered for over a month with no offer of recompense.

I've been a repeat customer of Blank Clothing and they never disappoint. The quality of plain tshirt materials is excellent, making every purchase a fantastic value.

Terrible. Refuse to refund clothes that do not fit. Ordered a size and they fit nothing like to and after a month of emailing they refuse to resolve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased merch from this store for the launch of the Pants podcast collection on November 1st when it launched. The website did say it was pre-sale but I did not see any other information regarding when it would ship. I wrote the company regarding the tracking information and estimated time of shipment over a month later and they were unable to provide me any information. When I wrote back a second time to ask again for the tracking information and if it would arrive by Christmas, I received a response stating that they canceled and refunded my order and stated I am not permitted to purchase from the store again. They also alleged that I agreed to terms of service, and if I requested a refund from PayPal, which is the vendor in which I paid, that it would be fraudulent.

It sounds to me like their company is fraudulent, and I explained to them that customers purchasing through PayPal are covered through the PayPal purchase guarantee in the event purchased goods are not received. I have never heard of the store prior to seeing the launch on TikTok and would never purchase from again. What kind of legitimate company would deny and prohibit customers from purchasing goods, which is the main source of their annual revenue? Horrible company.

Fantastic experience with Blank Clothing. They were incredibly helpful in organising 50 hoodies for our youth camp on such short notice. We were able to pickup due to the tight deadline. Everyone was happy with the quality of the warm hoodies. We were super impressed with the customer service. THANK you for your help

I have ordered online for years so I know my size. Using the size chart provided by Blank Clothing, I ordered 4 ladies shirts in a size 12. When they arrived (actually came from Winningspirit according to the packing slip??), they were far too small (by at least 2 sizes). The problem was either an inaccurate size chart; inaccurate product labelling; or inaccurate sizing at the point of manufacture. I did not cause the problem!
Got the run around from Blank Clothing for a week before they agreed for me to return them and get a refund. Blank Clothing should also have paid the postage but that seemed a step too far and it cost me an extra $9.60 even though the problem was at their end. I finally got an email on how the process should have been done a week after the items had been returned. I won't be using them in future!!!

Terrible service, bought two shirts, needed to return them, asked for a refund and they gave me a store credit. It took around 10 emails to chase them up to provide a refund and then they shortchanged me by around $10 (excludes postage), so they are dishonest as well.
Buyer beware!

Blank clothing will do anything not to take returns and their clothing is extremely poor quality and fit. I wouldn't touch them! DO NOT BUY from them. Customer service is non existent!

Shirts are OK, they don't wrinkle too much if you dry them on a hanger.
I would NEVER buy another shirt from them as you can't tell how big a shirt will be.
The website specifically says " don't just order your usual size" check the measurements listed. So I did. I did NOT order my usual size 12 but an 8 as that was the same measurement as a shirt I have that fits well (as per website instructions). The shirts arrived and were at least 1 size smaller (5cm) than the listed sizes. I contacted customer service and after MANY emails back and forth they said that the measurements on the website were with acceptable limits! Finally they (grudgingly) said I could return them but I have to pay postage as it was my error. No, it was not, I believed the measurements on the listing. Of course - NO REFUNDS, credit only. So I have to order more shirts or loose my money. To add insult to injury, I also had to pay postage for the larger shirts, funnily enough my usual size 12.

The clothes that I bought stained after 4 uses. They were white and it was not from spillage. never use them again. No use relying on Fair Trading as they are full with much bigger claims of false items. They would not refund the money.
