Missing order - No reply's.
I tried so many times to remove the shipping protection, and I thought I’d finally managed it, but I only realised after paying that it was still on my order.
The order also took longer than I expected, so I ended up going on holiday without the case for my new phone.
When I got back, I found out the parcel had been left at reception while no one was there. The box had been tampered with, and there was only one case inside.
I also didn’t get any replies from the customer service team and ended up having to message you on Instagram just to get a response.
I’m really not happy with the support I received. That said, the case that did arrive is actually really good quality, so I’m happy with the product itself. I just wish the customer service had matched that quality.

Great gifts and amazing service
My first order was stolen at delivery. Matthew at Blankspace acted quickly to address the issue. I ordered a replacement gift which was delivered next day at a discount. Fantastic service.

‘Beat the market’ pricing
