Good tea. Prompt delivery. Minor problem with billing fixed immediately... on a holiday! Very good.

I have been so happy with each and every tea I’ve received. I have only ever had one problem with one order and the customer service I reviewed was spectacular and they fixed my problem and went the extra mile. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Only gotten one shipment so far and both teas were very good. One was probably a 4/5 while the other is 5/5. Lots of good flavor. I kinda wish we could have an option to omit certain flavors/ingredients.

BlendBee has the best teas! Every one I have tried has been so tasty and refreshing. The cold-weather ones are so heartwarming. I also love the focus on sustainability. There was no plastic packaging in the package I received. The teas were packaged with care and love. They arrived in a timely fashion and the customer service was responsive. Highly recommend! The points program is also a nice extra perk.

I had a tea blend made up specially so that I could leave out all the extra stuff that gets thrown into all the premade teas I had previously tried. The blend I had made was a mix fruit peels. Really good! The pieces of dried peels swell up into small chunks of fruit when you steep your tea and it was shipped in a lined resealable bag. I loved my tea so much that I reordered more in a larger quantity as well as a new blend to try. I will continue to buy and use tea from BlendBee because of the amazing tea and quality service.

Quick response, excellent blend, tea is amazing. Proportions are slightly off from the original blend, one of the owners reached out on social media to say they'd happily adjust it next time. I only bought a small batch as a test, will be buying bigger next time. Will rec to friends.
