i dont usually write reviews like this bc who has time for that lol, but Blender Digital really did make a big difference for us

Before working with them, our third party delivery was honestly pretty messy. We were on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and all that, but it felt like we were just guessing half the time. Some weeks were solid, some weeks randomly dropped off, promos were all over the place, and I couldnt really tell what was actually helping or what was just eating into margin

with Blender, everything felt a lot more under control. They cleaned up the menus, helped us figure out which promos actually made sense, tightened up the listings, and started looking at the platforms like an actual part of the business, not just some side thing we had to deal with

The results were pretty ridiculous. Order volume was way up, conversion improved, average order value got stronger, and the whole delivery side of the business just became a lot more consistent. It wasnt just more orders either, it felt like better managed growth. Less guessing, less wasted promo spend, and a lot more clarity on what was working.

What I liked most is that they were not just giving generic advice. They were actually looking at the numbers, catching small issues, making adjustments, and explaining things in a way that made sense. Promos got smarter, ads got cleaner, the menu looked better, and I finally felt like somebody was actually watching the apps properly

For any restaurant owner doing real volume on third party apps, Blender is a no brainer. They helped us clean up a part of the business that we honestly should have taken more seriously a long time ago
