The lady who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, and knew her products. She checked to see when the last time we did business there, and gave us a discount which really helped our budget for the blinds.

The service was fast efficient and great fit.

Great customer service from everyone I dealt with at the store, to the installer and follow up when one of the items was incorrect. Keep it up :)

I just wish I was told to measure at the top of my opening between my kitchen cupboards because it was a different measurement than the bottom of the window between the cupboards. I had to reorder the blind because it was too big and pay another $113.

The Installer who came was most helpful and made appropriate suggestions about our valance. He was ready willing & able. Nice polite person to have in your home!

We ordered 2 blinds the same in different colours. The first blind was fine, it looked lovely. The second blind was puckered on the bottom edge and there were several compression marks in the bottom bar that ruined the look completely. We took the second blind back and they replaced the fabric for us and it now is acceptable but not impressed with the quality of the work on the second blind compared to the first. Blinds to Go were easy to work with to have it fixed but it should not have been necessary to make extra trips to get what we paid for, two serviceable blinds.

Cascade Eclipse Elegance - we bought the cordless version which were more expensive than corded.
We loved the blinds until one of the blinds started
To bunch up and made it hard to push up and pul. We bought them end of January during year of covid 2020.
I did call their main office though and they said no problem l, call when ready as they have a lifetime warranty.
So as it turns Out they had to go back to the warehouse to have cords put on them as they were having trouble with the cordless. We had them back after about three days or so and we’ve not had a problem since !
We never did get a refund though as the non corded were more expensive than the corded that we ended up having ?

We returned our blinds after 8 years of owning them to get the “pull cord” readjusted. Staff were always very courteous and helpful. Drop of and pick up within a week! Great service!

Blinds To Go was recommended by a friend. Glad we searched the company out. The blinds are exactly what we were looking for. They were easy to install and look great. That's what friends are for.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The installer was very helpful with his suggestions. He was very personable and let me know when he was arriving and I am very pleased with the blinds and the installation.
I would recommend Blinds to go to family and friends.

Unfortunately whatever could go wrong did. Ordered blinds at the end of August and had a lot of screw ups in between and I am still waiting for the problem with my valances to be solved. The installer was great and the store manager Jen tried her best to be helpful but mistakes kept happening.

Quality of custom made blinds is average. Texted the salesperson twice with no response after issues with installation. Finally called store and got some response. Installers will be back to correct their problems
