The product quality is very good. However the measurer measured incorrectly and had to return a few weeks later with a new set of shutters. On another set of shutters one of the slats was damaged and needed to be replaced. On a third set of shutters there were 2 crosspieces missing. These both were set to be repaired 3 weeks ago after 3 trips to the store to check on status. We still wait and I’m not happy about having to make a 4th trip to the store (Voicemails are not answered).

Efficient and reliable in store service and home installation. Would return as a customer.

Excellent customer. Quickly repaired a blind that had shrunk! Cord got crooked but it was repaired properly and quickly. Hassle free. Could use a bit more of that these days!

Blinds do not function. I have been trying to work with the store I bought them from, but calls are never returned when they say they will be (or, in fact, ever) and they have made zero effort to replace their defective product. Run, do not walk, to a different blinds supplier.

My family and I had just painted our home and were just looking for basic blinds. Salesperson Randi was very helpful and explained all of the different blinds, colors and textures. We closed the deal and waited almost 8 weeks for the blinds. I thought it was a bit long but under these circumstances, I understood. I asked about someone to install my blinds and sent Randy by the end of the week. Randy called before he came and arrived ½ hr early which was great. He was quick, professional and polite. He asked if I had any questions about the blinds and cleaned up any debris.

I bought faux wood blinds for the bedroom and they look great. The measurements were perfect. Later I ordered the top down bottom up blinds for my living room. They were great and just what I wanted for my apartment.

We love the blinds, but after a few years some wore out

Unprofessional in all aspects from service or lack thereof to product which is cheap and maybe good for low income housing not a suburban home.

Sales and installation personnel were very good. Measuring personnel not so good and one of the blinds was delivered defective; fortunately the installer was able to fix it. We hope the fix is permanent.

Blinds were ok. Charged 300 dollars to install 8 blinds was ridiculous. Never would recommend
