Blinds To Go - LAKEWOOD レビュー 

Ordered 1 plantation shutter to go over the glass on my front door. Blinds to go measured incorrectly and built the wrong shutter not once but twice. When the correct size was actually made and being installed on my door, the installer over tightened the screws and cracked the frame. Now the shutter will not stay closed correctly. The new shutter is in but now almost a month out waiting for install because the installer is overbooked. I should be first priority. Over-all it has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never do business with Blinds to go again or recommend anyone to them.

They have great products and stand by their warranty

Bought 12 natural texture shades from B2G. The customer service is fabulous! These people know what they are doing, are prompt, efficient, friendly,caring and professional (shout-out to the folks in Lakewood NJ)! Love the shades, love the people.

We had a lifetime warranty for the mechanism and we sent it in to fix and when we got it back it was still broken

Sadly after using them for well over 10 years. My last order was a nightmare. They totally messed it up. It took months of me waiting to find out that they had it on hold, even though I had paid for half of it. Ultimately I got it months later and only when I asked if they were going to do something for my trouble did they offer me 10% back. Not the Blinds to Go that I am used to. I was asked by Blinds to go to add in my order number. The number was 641501.

Installation by Joe was great. The disorganized delivery and the lack of notice and progress updates to me - the customer - was worthy of only one star.

A few years ago I purchased 8 blinds. I was totally satisfied then. Recently I was a return customer. I was not totally satisfied. I purchased 2 blinds. I hung them myself. The hardware screws which I found out later come from Canada and need a metric tool. Could not use them at all. One of the rods were broken in the packing. Once given a replacement rod, I had to Crazy Glue the top in order to spin easier. The valances are shorter than I expected. The overall experience was not like it was in the past. The staff were very nice. It is the product that I question. That is why I gave the survey only two stars.

great product. You have to wait about 6 weeks for blinds to be made. Installation was also fantastic.

Installer was not able to make it again - hopefully will be here tomorrow.

Waited long time for shades which was fine due to covid. However the quality is poor of the products themselves. Very flimsy material. Hard to keep level. Crooked st times. Not at all like the shades installed two years ago.

Our blinds are beautiful! Everything went smooth from ordering to having them installed. We will definitely order again soon.

The blinds are great no regrets, fit perfect and the installer was very professional. So was the service in the store.
