We have usually had good service but this time it took 8 weeks and numerous phone calls to track down a valance. Several time promised a call back after they could check into it ... only after the third time and 3 weeks late did some call us back with another week delay .

The staff were very helpful and courteous

So impressed with how Blinds To Go stands behind their products - they repaired a blind for us and had it back to us in days. Would definitely recommend them!

The staff is so knowledgable and friendly. All questions are answered and the entire process is turned around very quickly. Excellent customer service!!

The salesman did bad counting on the length. I received blinds 2 inch longer than should be. Came back to the store at the beginning salesmen was refusing to admit the mistake. After long convention and math he accepted his mistake. I brought the blinds back to get them fixed. The salesman found some spot on them and called me and was telling me that was my fault and I will be receiving my dirty blinds back. I haven’t seen any spot on them. Have no idea where it came from. Called to manager of the store and explained the situation. She promised that my blinds In the correct size and clean. Blinds looks good now. Just the salesman gave me too much stress and headache. Don’t think it is professional from his side to do whatever he told and did to me

This was the worse experience I have had. I have dealt with your company many times. This will be the last. The staff at your Newmarket location is rude and unprofessional. Your company has no idea how to schedule you installations, he is the most helpful and caring person I dealt with.

On time and easy to mount. Store staff were great

Triple check your custom order because I requested wands to be on opposite side of the blinds for Windows beside each other and they weren’t. I also got another blind that was too small for proper inside mount and had to modify to make work.

I’m not sure how you can assist as my blinds are hung and the order was entered my a staff member at the store.

Excellent service, Shree was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered my blinds on Nov 29th and they were installed by Javier on Dec 9th. Was surprised how fast !! Javier was prompt as usual Thank you Blinds to Go!
