Not a great customer service in terms of assembly, but good quality curtains

We had a great experience with Blinds to Go. The sales person was friendly and patient. The product is great. The installation happened without a flaw.

One of 11 faux wood blinds made wrong colour
Took 6 weeks to get right colour blind
cords, wands valances wrong length
Took 5 attempts to get valance required length

I did in home service, the first person they sent was good but after my blinds were installed I hated the bedroom choices. They sent a new person who picked different blinds for the bedroom that were just perfect. I received full credit for the first ones. Then one of my blinds broke and they replaced them! Amazing service. Thanks to the staff

Excelent service i'm very pleased with your services

While the order took longer than expected, I found that James (our installer) was very courteous and efficient in getting the blinds installed. Because of the size of one window, it required the blind to be stitched together - I thought the stitching could be a bit neater/seamless/less obvious. Look forward to having no issues with the product for years to come.

First of all, your technician who came to measure everything, Boaz, was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Second, when he came to install everything, he was fast, efficient and very pleasant ...the whole experience was painless, including the price. We should have done it years ago.

Absolutely awesome. I loved the installer for the blinds as well..... my window is huge. About 200inches (or feet) lol ☺ ... I'm female, blonde at that... so I have an excuse to not know. Expensive YES.. but after all they are custom made to "perfection." Please everyone read my rating .... if u google blinds to go located I think Mississauga. Sorry do not recall as my Husband went and ordered them... an idea if any other women do not go to see the blinds and hubby or etc goes for them, just have them send you pics of all that u r interested in. They were not purchased on Dundas in Mississuaga.... not the location on Dundas if u should google it. Go with BLINDS TO GO......... you will not be disappointed by no means.... And if possible ask for MATT (installer) what a terrific guy he is. Perfectionist ta boot.

The product is good, but I had to wait 2 months to get my blinds installed even B2G agreed in a 40-days (max) waiting time

quality and look of materials in cheap. Instructions booklet sent did not match the materials provided. Valence on one of the two blinds bought does not attach.
