Staff provide excellent service, know exactly what I need.

Update to the reply from Blinds to go.
There seems to be further misunderstanding.
I have responded to new Manager Sayan who could not quite get my quote correct or my return business.
Communication continues to be an issue.
I have responded to every Sayan email on July 18, 22, 23 and again today August 6.
July 23 and August 6, I again communicated my reticence to deal with this location at this time with this staff.
Please know, the product, past management, and installation all get 5 stars+ if I could. I love my blinds. Just did not love my manic, dishonest named staff experience, more background information on continued staffing issues, selections errors and sliding prices. Then to add I am not replying? To this review? What!. This gives me a headache. If anyone if any consequence would like to read my 4 or 5 returned emails to the current manager, I would happily forward them.

Below is what Sayan wrote July 23 fyi. Which I understood put this all to bed.

If someone could let me know of competent staffing changes at this location or the return of Jason I would be happy to reconsider. Please adjust your reply to my review below to show I have communicated back multiple times. I am not the issue.

Update:
I returned a call and was told the Manager was with a customer and he would call me back, i don’t believe he was given my message. I called back an hour and 10 minutes later, and he was gone. I can show my call history.

I dealt with the Scarborough store,…Excellent customer service, quality of product, honest knowledge from the Manager Jason and installer Keith, top notch. Wish I could give more stars. ⭐️ Jason turned around poor duplicitous experiences with a staff sales designer Michael, and saved my second order. Which I just love too. Glad it worked out with Jason’s professional intervention.Sadly, I am having difficulty with a response and honest communication again with Michael. I am trying to place a third order! NOT cool. Manager Jason has been relocated to Mississauga. Hoping to hear from the new store manager or regional Manager, if they want to better understand my current experience. Anyone?
If you are reading this as a potential customer, please know the customer service, product, installation, scheduling options, and Manager knowledge with Jason was a great experience. If you go!… anyone but Michael.🙁

Love my blinds excellent job. Installer was great.

The quality is good and the price is reasonable. The staffs are helpful and professional.

The process in general was awesome only small issues with the post sales - no follow up- waitting calls and issues with the final price

I have been purchasing Our family and Business blinds and shades at Scarborough Kennedy store for over 30 years. Had made many purchases there.
All staff are very professional and take every care.
After sales service is exceptionally good. I had an issue with hubs for monitoring of Cascade Shades.
Store staff especially manager and owner Mr. Jason get personally involved that issue is solved asap.
No other store can beat their great service during and after sales service.

Maria and Jason were extremely helpful and Maria removed the boxes for me and Jason helped me to my car 🙏

The customer service was amazing!! Very professional and nice!!! I would recommend to anyone who asks to shop at blinds to go!! This was my third time shopping here!!!!

Sara from store 033 calmly took over the appointment and guided us thru our choices and patiently gave us a quote on various combinations. We signed up and she helped us stay in our budget by involving the manager.
Overall had a great experience.

The staff were considerate and friendly. My order was ready ahead of scheduled due date.

Nasima provided excellent customer service and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to help us choose the option that best fit our budget and supported us throughout the entire process, right up to installation. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Her care and genuine support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Truly grateful for her help — highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from Jason! Jason explained the benefits & features of different window coverings. He is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the business.
I have been a customer in the past and find their window coverings of good quality, and they stand behind their products.
I would definitely recommend Blinds to Go

The installer was absolutely amazing!

The lady I spoke to on March 21st at the Kennedy location, not so much.
Was rude, did not offer any sort of apology when I told my issue and lied about how long the installation would take. I'm just sorry I did not get her name so I can add it to this review.

Very informative and helpful.

Good experience from start to finish! Would shop there again. Would recommend it to others.
