Great roller shades with a very easy process.
It was seamless, from the first contact with Eric Lechevalier, to book an appointment, to picking material and measuring the windows and doors, to ordering blinds with a deposit. The blinds arrived earlier than the estimated date, booking the installation appointment and paying the balance was easy and, although the installation looked to be a little more difficult due to concrete ceilings, Robbie sorted it out and the job was done well.

The staff are fun and welcoming, which is most important for me when deciding where to spend my money. PLEASE go see Jordan - he was wonderful to work with. A genuine human being. Service with a smile
We were there a few days ago to replace a blind purchased the previous week but we realized that it wasn't going to work out properly for our type of window. We were treated very, very well by Melissa who transfered our concern to Jordan. We have nothing but praise for both of them. Jordan was a most pleasant person and I hope he will be with your company for a long time as we will eventually buy there again.

Clint!What a wonderful representative for the company. I was becoming increasingly frustrated attempting to deal with the online store to get information about my Order. Clint, from the St. Laurent office in Ottawa took charge of the situation and made every effort to resolve the challenges ( with great success) and he kept consistently kept me abreast when there were new updates. He simply engaged in old fashioned customer service, reminiscent of years past. I truly look forward to saying hello in person on my next visit to Ottawa. He would be an amazing customer service trainer, perhaps for the online store ?He turned my frown upside down! Lol. Thankyou☺️ my initial order was placed by Melissa O who was wonderful and thorough. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Christina and Monique also over the phone. If I have forgotten anyone, my apologies. Greatly appreciated everyone’s attention to ensuring I finally received my order!
