The blinds look amazing
The blinds look amazing, however installation was not on time and has to come several times to finish. That man even came to my house after 10:30 pm.

Only good part was the installer.
Timing was all off. Still waiting to hear from manager call who said she would call the day after to see if we are satisfied. This company is the worst st following up on any part of the order.
The installer was excellent however the shutters in the dining room are unacceptable.

For your shoddy blinds! I am not happy with these blinds. I paid too much money for what I have received. Want to have both wands fixed.

I went to your store a few times. I had different sales persons. They were very helpful and patient.
It took a while to get my blinds but this was due to the Corona virus. I’ve been using your business for many years. My son also shops
