Very nice staff when you walk into the store

It’s very simple. I really appreciate the call back after ordering online in the event something was missed. The only problem I have with the roller shades are the plastic chains. The adapter that joins them together is very weak and breaks easily. I understand it is due to safety precautions, but it would be nice to have something more durable.

We're not happy with the appearance of the bottom of the blinds. There is a lot of slack and tattered string on the bottom of the 4 blinds. Some are worse than others but all are unacceptable . When we told the store about the issue and said we weren't happy, they asked for photos which we sent to them. They're reply asked us to bring the blind back to them. We live in Lindsay which is an hour away. My wife and I have severe arthritis and getting out of the car after a long drive is quite painful. We made 2 trips already, 1 to order the blinds, 1 to pick up the blinds. It's unfair to ask us to return the blinds to the store again because of poor workmanship at their facility. It's very time consuming and costly. We think a fair solution would be to have them send a courier to pick the blinds up at our home and return them once they have been repaired or replaced. We had to wait weeks to get our blinds only to have this happen, it's no fault of ours. Now we will have to be without blinds again for an unknown length of time. Occured at Store 042. Whitby On.

Smooth process choosing and ordering my motorized blinds. Technician came out to measure and install in a timely fashion. When we had an issue connecting to the wifi hub, our rep made sure a technician walked us through the process until we got it connected. I highly recommend Blinds To Go. This is my second order with them and I will be back.

I've ordered a few times at the Whitby location and always receive fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Blindsd are easy to install and come with an amazing warranty! Highly recommended :)

It was a great experience. The customer service was excellent. We gave the parameters of what type of blinds we were looking for and the customer service representative showed us several options within our budget. Delivery was fast and within the timeline given when we purchased the blinds.

From the moment we walked into the store and spoke to Aishya, my experience was amazing.
Aishya helped me choose the blinds that were right for my large kitchen window that faced onto the street.
She was so helpful.
Our next contact was the gentlemen (possibly Rob) who measured our window and who phoned to say he would arrive in 20 minutes, (he did) and introduced himself as soon as he arrived.
Next was installer Chris who phoned us ahead of his arrival and again introduced himself when he arrived,
I will only deal with Blinds To Go going forward.

Here's a second review. I reviewed your services and gave you FIVE (5) stars. I enjoyed seeing Stefan again, he does great work as installer. The sales experience was painless. This is the THIRD 'reminder - please review Blindstogo' and our service. If your systems are so archaic they can't see that I have already given you a great rating - maybe I should change that rating. Figure it out please!

The blinds were not only installed on time but the installer was friendly, efficient and cleaned up before leaving . We've dealt with your company before and would not hesitate to refer you to others.

Great staff helpful in answering customer’s concerns or questions. Each style varies with price; so the customer has a variety of style samples to choose from before making a final purchase decision.
