This was my first time ordering a item from them .
I can honestly say they went beyond anything you can imagine.
I had an issue with my mailing address, nothing to do with them at all.
They literally searched found my order emailed me several times to keep me updated, which made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could.
Their work paid off I received it ,my item was beautiful, high quality material.
I definitely will be back , I highly recommend you to buy from them .
If I could rate them 100 stars I would, they deserve it.

What a fabulous company! We asked BlingPainting to put a slight a rush on a personalized wedding gift for my daughter and future son-in-law. They received their beautiful sign early and it was a wonderful show piece for the extraordinary barn wedding reception. Communication was excellent and the product superb. We will be returning costumers. Thank you BlingPainting!

This company will send your item only after you contact customer service inquiring where your item is. When it arrives it looks like it was poorly packed by a 10 year old and our clock arrived damaged. They will not accept returns and whatever return reason you give will not be accepted because they do not want the junk back and will only offer you a discount off your purchase. Total scam company selling junk.

In the process of trying to return a clock I ordered. Not the quality I expected. Was told by Jean/Shadow I could receive $8 back if I keep the clock. She asked if that work work for me? I said of course it dues not work for me. I want to return clock for my full $85+ Credit. Help!

I ordered a metal sign from BlingPainting. The website was very easy to use and looked forward to receiving the product. They did not communicate very well until I complained. ( didn’t know it was coming from China. Loved the product and they did reach out with more info after I asked. I’d use them again in the future.

Jean is a pleasant representation of the company and customer service as a whole. I had a slight change that needed to be done and it was soooooo fast and modified without hesitation. This experience really gave me a little more faith in customer service. No the customer is not always right but positioning a “NO” takes skill. I was not expecting much since the price was so low. However they created our custom shower curtain perfectly using quality materials. Their customer service is good and always responded within 24 hours. We received our custom order within 7-10 days.

We are so happy with the design and finished product. The Customer Service was excellent. They sent a prototype before they made it, to make sure it was exactly what we wanted, and when we received it, it was just right. We love how it turned out. Could not be happier.

I ordered four name plaques for a group family wedding anniversary. Not realizing they were being crafted overseas I should have ordered earlier. About two weeks till the party I began to get nervous and texted the support number thinking this is going to be an exercise in frustration but to my surprise and delight I got a prompt response with some encouragement to give it a few more days which I did.
When no new tracking info came across, I texted again and they got into high gear. Totally understood where I was coming from and sympathized with my anxiety. To expedite things they put shipping on a fast track no extra cost to me. Then we waited. As April 22nd neared I began to get tracking says on the easy to use link they sent me and I was able to track from China to Alaska to Memphis TN, the Fed Ex hub to Oakland CA and finally to my home city. About the time I last checked tracking on the 21st, the doorbell rang and FedEx delivered the most exquisitely crafted metal plaques in time for me to give them a good wrap for our party gift exchange.
If all this sounds a bit tense, after a while with the wonderful support given by Shadow and Dawn, it got to be like that classic Seinfeld episode where Kramer Nf the car salesman decide to see how far they could go past empty on the gas gage . It was a kind of quirky thrill that worked out. But, it wouldn't have been so fun if I didn't honestly think Bling Painting wasn't pulling for me and doing all they could.
I rate these folks five stars plus and have repeatedly said this was the BEST

I would just like to take a moment to let y’all know this is a fine company to deal with. The work is outstanding, a very timely delivery, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a lovely piece made for my daughters first anniversary of her taproom. I guarantee you’ll have a smile on your face after you receive your order. This lovely piece now hangs Proudly at TAP25 Craft Beer in downtown Livermore, California. My daughter has told me they have received nothing but compliments on this unique piece of art.
