The bottles are beautiful the product is easier to use than expected and perfect for sensitive eyes im very happy with my purchase already recommended to family and they have also purchased from you!

absolutely terrible customer service. my order could not be delivered and was returned to sender. I tried to resolve it with USPS, but they had already sent it back and directed me back to the seller. I sent multiple emails over 10 days with no response. they only refunded my purchase after I filed a chargeback. and now that I have disputed the charge, they are responding to me within minutes. this order was initially placed almost two months ago now. I work in customer support and this could have been resolved easily with better (or any) communication.

Love this stuff, it works so well for a smudgey eye. I put it on before I go to bed and wake up and it's perfect, just need to wipe around undereye area whilst cleansing. I love the wee bottle it comes in too.

I really like this product! It's so different and cool. I'm still practicing to get that flawless swipey wipe! I'm sure I'll be able to accomplish it eventually. It doesn't quite stay on all day ON the waterline. However it stays on just below that to make it seem like it's still there so that's pretty cool.

I got exactly what was advertised. The instruction cards were a bonus. I will order again 100%

It’s asking for a review when I haven’t even received the order I placed weeks ago

It does take a while to get but it is exactly as described. Very good product and still trying to adjust to using it but love it. I have seen other brands but she is so sincere and personal with her product that it was a no trainer to go with this one. I have followed her for a long time and finally purchased.

I love this kohl! I have very sensitive eyes and am unable to wear normal makeup. I was able to wear this without any irritation at all, even when some got into my eyes during application! Bottle is beautiful! The team was responsive to my questions, outstanding customer service!! Will definitely order again!!

The product came in sooner than I expected, and it's exactly what I wanted! The bottle is beautiful, the kohl is dark colored and finely ground and goes on beautifully. It was packaged in a blue velvet bag that I still keep it in! I've us d her tutorials on TikTok to practice applying the makeup as well. I love it and I will be buying my next refill from Blinkaria!

Kohl was received! It was held up by U.S Customs and tested my them. So excited to use it!

Hello,hope all is well. I am extremely sad that i never received my purple Kohl. Knowing that it was coming to the USA from a different country I tracked my order as soon as I received that information. My package was expected to arrive on 3/23 and I was waiting all day. It was around 11 pm at night when I checked the status and the update was that there was an attempt delivery at 11:46 pm. I checked the time at it was actually 11:23 pm. Yes the time was off and ai got worried. I went outside and looked for the package and sadly nothing was there. I then got on the website again and refreshed, no update I read that a red " something for you" card was left and unfortunately nothing was there. I have attempted to contact the shipping company but because its in London I can not make the call, next best thing they recommend is to contact the seller. I have sent 2 chats in the website and sent an email to the outlook email on the ticktock app hopping for a response but I have yet to hear back. I am happy to communicate with the seller to try and get this resolved and send any screenshots if needed. In the meantime time please do not spend almost $70 for this item. I will try to keep you guys posted if I ever hear back. I would like to say Blinkaria, please try to reach out to me I would love a refund or a replacement. Thank you for your time.

I planned on ordering this Kohl which was a pre order, but ended up deciding to cancel the order.
Since I attempted to cancel i haven’t gotten any response in weeks despite emailing twice . I want a refund, I tried to cancel before the pre order

Found Blinkaria on TikTok and watched her for a good while before deciding to buy and honestly the product is amazing, can’t praise it enough high quality, beautifully packaged and so smooth to apply

I am thrilled with my product! I’ve been wanting to try genuine kohl for a decade but didn’t know where to look. I saw a recommendation for blinkaria in a comment and found her site very informative.
The product arrived safely and is beautiful! I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and I’m very happy with it.

It doesn't irritate my eyes at all and it's less severe than the eyeliners I've used before. I'm not good at the application yet, but I'm working on it. I'm very happy with it.

It is a little pricey but it lasts a long time and it makes my eyes feel and look good. It is definitely the best on the market and it gets all the way to America surprisingly fast.
