Don’t buy off this company you buy a bracelet of bad quality for £7.00 they then defraud your bank weekly of 14.00 weekly and don’t receive no more bracelets they are not based in New York ,but Bank as checked fraud team they are based in Singapore 🇸🇬.I have a running dispute with bank with this company since March on one order I ordered of a £7.00 pound bracelet .they have now took 26.00 my bank is now disputing it’s with Fraud team
There are at least 79 reviews on here stating the same all been scammed the same way it’s fraudulent company .Send it to City of London Fraud p Team they specialise in scams like this on line ,scammers .Read all reviews throughly they defrauded a pensioner too ,disgraceful.City of London Fraud investigation scams online . And the rude undermining customer advisor job worth ! I’ve now just spoken to with her rude non high authority attitude towards customers at my bank ,as made them right .And the one whom seem to think she can speak down to customers like dirt on her feet above her station - bank advisor ! as not read on Trustpilot all these bad reviews by 79 reviews ! or so ! stating all scammed defrauded .I suggest the women at the bank needs to go back for further training ! with her bank she works for .We are not idiots like you it seems to speak to customers - sounds boots on other arrogant foot 🦶. We all made mistakes

This is scamming , lying , fraudulent company that will take your card details and keep charging you repeatedly without your knowledge .in my case I used a business platinum Amex card and blissbury has written to them and stated that I have indeed made further purchases which is quite a lie . To make matters worse the Amex is taking their reply at face value and refusing to pay me back .
Please let others know and stay away from this despicable company .

I ordered 2 bracelets listed as $24. each. I received 2 bracelets but then was charged $27. 4 times. When I contacted them, I was told it was an installment plan for 3 payments and they would cancel my last installment (how nice of them). This company is a sham. It’s based in Singapore. Their catalog is very deceptive since you think you’re burning something for $8. but it’s actually $8. for 3 installments. The bracelets are cheap quality. Of course I purchased the Feng Shui lucky and prosperous bracelet … the results are yet to be seen. lol

Originally I bought the buy2 get 1 free package. Kept asking for free one. Realised no chance. Then I got credit card bill!!as well as original £14 they had taken 2 x £21 out of my account. I'm a 78 Yr old pensioner. This is grossly illegal and immoral. Please do not give these duplicitious sharks any money

I placed an order with Blissbury for 5 Bracelets on April 15 2026 and agreed on a price of total $27.00 the agent confirmed this price .Just 2 days ago they tool 2 payments from my card for over $100.Upon questioning these people they say I agreed to a 3 pay system I would never pay $150 for 5 bracelets After they took the initial payment I see they show at bottom of payment 3 pay Very deceiving and fraudulent The colours do not even match their website This company is a scam and I am going to expose them unless they return the $100.Dont deal with Blissbury

I’m being billed $40.50 a week when i only purchase from the company once on April 27th. I’ve contacted my Bank & Shop.

I ordered 3 bracelets, which unfortunately got delivered to the wrong address, and I didn’t receive them so I can’t comment on the quality of the bracelets. But what I can comment on is the customer service I received, Kayla who dealt with this issue for me was absolutely amazing, she offered to resend my bracelets for me, but I chose to get a refund instead, Kayla got this done for very quickly, there was no back and forth emails needed, she also clarified there would be no further payments taken from me. So overall I was disappointed not to receive my order but I was very happy with how quickly and efficiently my issue was dealt with.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered a bracelet. They took 3 payments out of my account after I paid for the bracelet, amounting to nearly £50. It's a scam company.

I believe this is a fraudulent company. They advertise one price, get you to buy it and then charge a credit card multiple times after. They stated that it’s a three installment plan, but never disclose that when you’re buying the bracelets. You can get bracelets like these on temu much cheaper. I recommend not ordering anything from these people. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company they will charge you multiple times you will need to change your credit card details. Everything this is a complete and utter scam company how they can get away with this. I don’t know.

They have charged over double the price of the order, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased goods to the value of 36usd. £25.64 was taken on day of purchase. all good. 4 days later a further £30.12. completely unauthorised. wish I had checked with trust pilot before I bought. seems to be a common occurence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

How appalling these people are allowed to stay in business...got the item in the mail, within a couple of hours after the delivery notification, charged again for a different higher amount, i'm so angry at them!

Blissbury has debited my account twice following a purchase for more than the original amount each time. Do not but from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ...As all other reviews you buy from this company pay full price an they take extra money out your account ...when I asked 4 an explanation they said I applied to pay over 3 payments ...I bought 3 braclets 4 14 pound an 2 weeks later they took 21 pou d I have blocked this company .....tell pooky.s when you question them ....the bracelets were not even worth 14 pound never mind the extra poor quality I asked 4 a refund to be told I owed them the extra money just be vigilant what the small print says .....

Give me the money back that they over charged me please

Do NOT buy from them. This company is a scam. You buy in good faith and then they take more money out of your account. Luckily my bank plcked up on it.

Do not buy from this company! They are scammers , they keep taking extra money off my bank account every week from my bank account. Ive reported it as a scam and they still took money off me . Getting in touch with the company is impossible!

Leuk, een bestelling gedaan: 2 + 1 gratis. en dan ik weet niet hoelang wachten op de armbanden.
Gisteren zag ik opeens op mijn rekening dat ze op 16 februari 30.96 euro hadden afgeschreven voor de aankoop, maar ook nog eens 30.96 euro op 23 februari een week later dus, en dan ook nog op 2 maart en om het nog gekker te maken ook nog eens op 9 maart, dus ik heb 4x betaald voor deze armbanden. Dus 123 euro en 84 cent.
