Thank you so much, Andy! Especially for coming back to Blissful Getaways for a second booking. That really does mean a lot.

I’m so pleased the whole trip came together so well, particularly with the extra complexity of a split group booking. It’s often the smaller details, transfer times, waiting around, how the different parts of the journey connect, that can make such a big difference to the overall holiday, so I always try to look beyond just the headline price.

I also really appreciate you mentioning the support while you were away. When someone in the group became unwell and couldn’t make the flight home, being able to help is exactly why I want my clients to know they can still contact me after the booking is made. My job doesn’t stop once the confirmation arrives.

And coming from someone who enjoys doing their own research and likes to stay in control, your trust in me to find and arrange the right holiday is a particularly lovely compliment!

You’ve summed up exactly what I want Blissful Getaways to offer. There are more travel options online than ever before, which is great, but it can also make finding the right holiday feel like a full-time job! My role is to take that time and stress away, understand what you actually want from your trip, and then work through the options to find something that genuinely suits you.

I’m particularly pleased you mentioned being able to speak to a real person. Whether it’s comparing an existing holiday offer, building a more personalised package, answering a question or helping when plans change, I want my clients to know they can simply get in touch and I’ll be there to help.

And of course, finding ways to package flights, hotels, cruises, transfers and other elements together to deliver better overall value is always part of the challenge sometimes the best option isn’t the most obvious one!

I know I can sometimes ask a lot of questions at the beginning, but there is definitely a reason behind them! Getting to understand what you enjoy, what you don’t, how you like to travel and what really matters to you is what allows me to recommend holidays that genuinely fit, rather than simply sending over whatever happens to be available.

I’m especially pleased that some of the options introduced you to things you hadn’t previously considered. That’s one of my favourite parts of being a Private Travel Consultant sometimes the right holiday isn’t necessarily the one you had in mind when we first started talking.

It also means a huge amount to hear that you never felt like it was simply about making a sale. I want every Blissful Getaways client to feel confident that the advice I give is based on finding the right holiday for them, even if that means exploring a few different ideas along the way.

The fact that you’ve already booked with me again is probably the best compliment I could ask for!

Helping you both plan your wedding in Las Vegas and honeymoon in New York was genuinely a pleasure, and I’m so pleased everything came together exactly as you wanted it to.

With a trip as important as this, I wanted you to be able to enjoy the excitement rather than worry about all the logistics, so it’s great to hear that having everything organised — from the airport parking and transfers to the hotels and the wider itinerary — made such a difference.

And yes, even with an eight-hour time difference, I was never going to leave you stranded if you needed me! 😄 Being there for my clients while they’re away is just as important to me as helping plan and book the trip in the first place.

It means a huge amount that you’d choose to arrange your future holidays with me again. Thank you both for trusting Blissful Getaways with such an incredibly special trip, and I hope married life is treating you very well!

Thank you so much for such an incredible review. It genuinely means a lot to me, especially knowing how important this trip was for such a special 50th birthday celebration.

When your original Mauritius plans had to change at such short notice, I knew we needed to find something that still felt every bit as special rather than simply finding a replacement holiday. Putting together Miami followed by your 11-night Caribbean cruise aboard MSC Divina in just a couple of days was certainly a challenge, but seeing how much you enjoyed it made every bit of it worthwhile!

I’m so pleased that everything came together so smoothly, from the flights and hotels through to the cruise, transfers and all those little details in between. Taking away the stress when travel plans unexpectedly change is a huge part of the service I want to provide through Blissful Getaways.

It also means a great deal that you originally trusted me with your travel plans before Blissful Getaways and have continued to put that trust in me. Relationships like that are incredibly important to me.

Most of all, I’m delighted that what could have been such a disappointing situation turned into one of the best holidays you’ve ever had. That’s a pretty special result for a 50th birthday!
