Customer service was quick. I just hope the redemption is as quick.

For a new platform it is okay. Has a lot of games I really love, sign up was easy.Also gave a little bonus to start with. Welcome bonus was a good deal.
However, is slow on loading, lags and was kicked off of two different games mid play. Personally , I will give it a minute to let them work out the issues, then I will play again.

Not sure why the negative reviews, but I did the welcome offer a few days ago, logged on today and saw a 45 for 15 offer and redeemed 200 that was approved in just 8 hours. Great selection of games, coming from someone who’s signed up on almost every sweepstake site, I would definitely recommend to anyone considering signing up.

Payout on bonuses not good u get the bare minimum. I’ve loaded over $2000 only cashed out $400. Played $1600 just spin after spin. I was betting big to only get to bonus round and get $15.00 that’s was it for me all these online site accept for the major ones u not gonna win.

I started this game after reading mixed reviews but I seen they were very responsive and attentive to issues so I decided to try it. I loved it, my highest win was $730 which I cashed out in two separate transactions. I shared the link with my fiancé and he signed up as well. He was able to withdraw $75 then won $500 and attempted to withdraw it. He went back two days later to see he only received the $75 and not the $500 which was somehow transferred back into the game. He attempted three more times to withdraw the funds only to have the company shut down his account. Not only did they shut his down, but mine as well and stated that we did not abide by the T’ & C’s regarding duplicate accounts. I have not ever played this game before and when I found it through FB I downloaded it and set up an account for THE FIRST TIME! I am going to look into this further legal wise because this doesn’t seem right. They basically stole funds from my fiancé that was rightfully won. He has an android and can’t get the other casino games that I play on my iPhone. He finally found a game he could play and actually won but funds were withheld as they falsely stated he had multiple accounts. If I could give them a zero rating I would! And not to mention, when we asked for proof that we had another account, we were advised that they could not disclose that information!

Ive begged and begged for them to close my account. The general manager reached out and asked me to confirm if i wanted it closed and that he would personally handle my request without forwarded to any team.

I agreed and confirmed in a reply to an email. However, someone random bot responded again and said it would forward it to appropriate team. I received 10 template responses from Ai.
I am starting absolutely hate this online space. I jumped from liking it to despising it.

I am a veteran with PTSD and need responsible gaming tool and this is a predatory practice. I will be forwarding this to my congressmen .

SCAM absolutely don't spend any money here and I feel sorry for you if they have your information

Hey these guys care about there customers an I have to admit I've already cashed out twice turned 20 into 75 baby yeah payment was received. Stole my money. I lost access to my old phone number and email and couldn't get into my account. An account I hadn't redeemed from or made a purchase on. So I had to create a new one in order to play. I created a new account and made a purchase, played for a while and won around $370. I tried to redeem and apparently wh. I submitted my ID photo it picked up the wrong birthrate. So I messaged support and requested it be changed so I could verify and withdraw. Then the next morning I check to see if it had been done and found out rheh had blocked My account. I messaged support and they say my account had been closed bc it was a duplicate. I explained why I had made a different account and they refused to allow me to withdraw my winnings or even discuss it. They refuse to let me speak with management. So they basically just took my money. I wasn't trying to abuse bonuses or anything dishonest. I can't access the other account, and haven't ever purchased a package or redeemed there. They just don't want to pay out. Rip off artists. I'm reporting them to the ftc and filing a suit I guess. Staff is rude, they just want to rob you. Don't play here because they don't give a darn about customers.

I have try to redeem my $190.00 by wire, but my bank rejected it because the name didn’t match exactly. I emailed Blitzmania numbers of times about this issue. At first they told me to send another account to deposit the money into. I done just that, but they are still emailing me with the first receipt from the first wire that got rejected. I asked numerous times to speak with someone and I get told that that’s not possible. I have deposited a lot of money in into this site, why is it so difficult to get my redemption back???? And looking at all these reviews, this is a on going problem with this site

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting on a redemption for weeks now. And I've gotten 0- no help.

This has been the longest and worst experience I’ve had with redemptions on any casino I won on 3/19/26 and here we are 2 weeks later and it’s still not in my bank account, they gave me some story about the bank denying it but it’s complete BS, because I have never had any problems with the last 10+ casinos I’ve played on. I requested my account to be closed due to gambling addiction two weeks ago. They won’t close it and tell me it is being escalated to their “team” and I’m an addict who keeps logging in to make purchases. The responses are copied and pasted and don’t make any sense. It has been 20 days and my account is still open. I have filed a report with the FTC.

They responded here saying my account had been closed. It hasn’t. I just logged in. Liars and FRAUDS. Stay away!

After promising it was closed (and it wasn’t) I received this email 21 days after my closure request. I’ve noted I have a gambling addition that’s on me… but I spent hundreds of dollars after requesting closure and they refused to do so.

WHY WOULD I NEED TO CONFIRM AGAIN? After I responded that it was only appropriate I be refunded for purchases made after I requested account closure, I never received another response. Their team and customer support is truly a joke. There’s the edit to the Trustpilot review you asked for.

I thought this casino was great until I sought after the responsible gameplay tools and found they have none. Now they are being predatory by not closing the account even after several requests. This is not a good thing considering that casinos can be addictive. Due to being ignored for something so essential and not.having these tools readily available, I am reducing my rating.
