Regarding the project, we regret that the initial file provided contained incomplete information. Upon identifying this, we informed you and offered to work towards a solution. We understood your desire for a refund, but please know that due to the substantial resources and efforts invested in the project, offering a full refund was not feasible.

To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we decided to rebuild the project from scratch, taking into account the issues with the coding and programming languages used by the previous developer. This was a significant effort, and we made it our priority to rectify the situation.

We genuinely believe that the progress we've made thus far is substantial, and we've invested more resources than the original project cost. In fact, we estimate that the value of the work done now exceeds $8,500, while the initial agreement was for $11,000. We've made considerable strides and are eager to showcase the improvements.

We understand your concerns and would like to extend an invitation to review the updated project. We are confident that you'll find the work to be of a high standard and in line with your expectations. Additionally, we are ready to provide the source code as requested.
