Die Homepage sieht erst einmal gut aus. Geworben wurde mit 10% Willkommensrabatt, der dann im Bezahlvorgang der Bestellung angeblich nicht einlösbar war. Nach zig Versuchen und der Anmerkung beim Shop, dass das wettbewerbswidrig ist, ging es dann doch. Bei meinem Mann passierte dasselbe! Er erhielt den 10% Bonus nicht! Eine absolute Frechheit! Er wird den Shop melden! Das nÀchste Ãrgernis ist, dass ich nun fÃŒr die Retoure 14,50⬠per DHL bezahlen muss!!! Da bringt mir der versandkostenfreie Hin-Versand auch nichts! Zudem musste ich ein anderes Paket nehmen, da das Paket von Bloch so groà ist, dass der Versandfast 18⬠gekostet hÀtte!!!! Nie mehr wieder!

Tried their bloch allure heel, they failed making this shoe it's extremely painful not for dancers feet, they also don't pay for returns.. but make you return in original packaging which costs a lot of money... complete scam to not even have shoes.. they just stole money. Also the shoes took 3 weeks to arrive due to "inventory". Insane.

Heb via de shopify app een berichtje gestuurd, geen antwoord. Geprobeerd te bellen, telefoonnummer niet meer in gebruik. Nergens contact mogelijk, niet eens met een chatbot.
Pas halverwege januari mijn geld ineens terug gekregen, zonder verklaring of uitleg waarom mijn bestelling nooit verzonden is. Nooit meer hier bestellen, bizar dat zoân groot bedrijf niet eens een bestelling kan versturen. Laat staan customer service bereikbaar heeft.

Pedà unas puntas en agosto. Demasiado pequeñas⊠habÃa que devolverlas. La empresa no se hace cargo de las devoluciones y el envÃo me costó 40â¬âŠ Está terminando octubre y no tengo noticias de donde está mi paquete. En la agencia de transporte parece como enviado desde hace mes y medio, pero he contactado con Bloch y no saben ni si ha sido recibido, ni aparece en su registro, ni mucho menos me devuelven el importe.
Ahora he perdido 40⬠más los 120 que me costaron las zapatillas. Una y no más.

Today I went to local PO and asked if a tracking number can be created without actual delivery to a post office. "Oh yeah!" Then he looked it up for me and that's what happened.
Stay away from these burglars and if the dance school your child attends recommends Bloch, give them an ear full which is what I will do tomorrow.

My advice to you is avoid using this provider of dance wear. After waiting over from a month for a response for a returns claim. Only to be told that their policy was unclear and misleading. We have been unable to return my son dance belt at cost of £45. We accept and understand the return of dance felt itâs not normally an acceptable practice however these were so ridiculously small that my son was not willing to attempt possibly damaging process of attempting to place these onto his person. He was the policy and I quote âthis is a common source of confusion and I apologise if this wasnât made clearer at the point of purchase.â
Bottom line do not buy dance belts from this company. no pun intended.

First time putting them on newly bought feel apart both shoes. Thank God was not on stage! The tap top sole fully feel off and the other is ready to fall off ..I have pictures. We have gone four year with a pair in the past. I'm assuming bad batch.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a dance bag on 9/18. Two weeks go by and I hadnât received it. I emailed customer service and they told me to wait another 10 days because thatâs when they could file a claim per their agreement with USPS. Insane. Any other retailer would have at least attempted to remedy the situation. They were very slow to respond also. Overall a bad experience that took 3 weeks to an order of a single item.
Return process is awful
The experience is awful, I highly recommend buying elsewhere. Their clothes are extremely small for the ages advertised. We sent back shoes that were â¬22 and my partner spent half that on postage to return! Not worth it but he didn't know the price of the contents. The package was returned in early September and reported as delivered and still no refund. I chased this over a week ago and they marked the refund as âurgentâ. Thereâs still nothing. Itâs pretty awful service!

Mijn bestelling was een week onderweg, waardoor het te laat aankwam voor de verjaardag van mijn dochter. De verzendkosten onder de â¬100,- bedragen â¬6,95.
Ik moest één balletpak terugsturen vanwege een verkeerd bestelde maat. Nu blijkt dat alle retouren naar België moeten worden opgestuurd. Dit kost nog eens â¬9,00. In totaal voor een balletpakje van â¬30,- betaal ik dus meer dan de helft aan verzendkosten. Ongehoord! Daarbij blijkt dat het merk Bloch bij andere online shops soms goedkoper wordt aangeboden dan in de officiële Bloch webshop. Het retour sturen is in andere webshops vaak ook beter geregeld. Mijn advies: niet bij de officiële Bloch webshop bestellen!
Ik heb mijn klacht eerst bij Bloch zelf aangegeven, maar zij gaan niet in op de klacht en verwijzen naar hun retourpolicy op hun website.
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I visited the store for the first time after checking the shoe model on the Bloch website. Unsure about the size, I decided to buy in-store, following the address provided by the website for the Bloch Brisbane shop.
I purchased a pair of dance shoes that looked like sport shoes. Unfortunately, the size was wrong, and although I requested the correct size, I didn't want to wait. According to the website, there is a standard 30-day return policy for refunds.
However, when I attempted to return the shoes the next day, I was told there is no return policy due to the shop's own rules, which no one had informed me about. Now, I am left with $140 worth of shoes and have been unable to get in touch with their customer service. I plan to leave negative reviews everywhere and will be contacting the ACCC to check the legality of their return policy.
Shocking Customer Service
I cannot believe the shocking customer service from Bloch and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from their website. I made an order in July and returned 2 items as per their required process. I have had no acknowledgement of my return or any money back. There is no contact number on their website, just a generic contact form (which I have submitted twice). I have always purchased my dancewear and ballet and tap shoes from Bloch instore. I should have done that this time. I will never order from their website again.

Ik kocht een paar criss cross danssneakers op de Nederlands-talige website. De verzendkosten waren hoog en er kwam okk nog een flinke hoeveelheid BTW bovenop, maar ala. Toen ik de doos openmaakte zag ik al voor ik de schoenen probeerde dat de maatvoering niet klopte. Die was minstens een volle maat te klein. Dus wilde ik de schoenen terugsturen. Moest ik zelf nog een keer 15 euro betalen om dit te doen. Alles bij elkaar heb ik nu 30 euro aan verzendkosten betaald, terwijl de foute maatvoering echt aan Bloch ligt. Ik koop hier nooit meer.
