I would like to share my concerning experience with block-xchange.com.

Since April 6, I have completed all the requirements requested by the platform, including paying the necessary fees and taxes. After that, I contacted their online customer support multiple times to seek assistance.

However, as of April 20, I have not received any response or update regarding my request. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, there has been complete silence.

This kind of delay, without any explanation, is unacceptable—especially after a user has fulfilled all financial obligations. It raises serious concerns about transparency and the reliability of their customer support.
