We’re sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating results and not proper tracking set up can be.

Transparency is very important to us. Blockchain-Ads provides integration with more than 5 - 3rd part Analytics Platforms, Pixel Installation (Manually or through GTM) or Server to Server tracking for Attribution and Transparency.

Based on the insights provided by the Media and Performance Team there is no track of any tracking events set up on the platform, which can assist with Attribution, Transaparency, and will help the algorithm to push for the best performing audiences, banners and GEO's

We have no record of you as an advertiser nor a publisher, and your name does not exist in our system.

Every client on Blockchain-Ads is verified before launching a campaign — through KYC, onboarding, and a manual approval process. If you had any legitimate experience with us, it would be on file. It’s not.

Accusing a regulated business of being a “scam” without providing a single shred of proof — no campaign ID, no support ticket, no interaction — is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines. Your review contains no facts, no dates, no context — just baseless accusations.

If you believe you’re a real advertiser, contact us immediately at support@blockchain-ads.com with your details and we’ll look into it.

Otherwise, this review will be treated as fraudulent and flagged accordingly.

there is no record of any advertiser named Jessica in our system.

We take your feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few important points to ensure accuracy:

Account Manager Claim

While Marko is indeed part of our Media Strategy team, he is one of over 30 account managers currently active within our network. To suggest that we only have one account manager is simply untrue and suggests a lack of direct knowledge about how our operations work.

Communication & Ghosting

If an advertisers account raises a dispute, they are immediately moved from Managed Services to our Compliance Department, which handles all financial and policy matters. At that point, account managers are no longer allowed to engage with the advertiser until the case is resolved — which may explain the perceived “ghosting.” This is done to ensure fairness, compliance, and avoid miscommunication during sensitive matters.

Traffic Quality & Results

We do not and cannot guarantee campaign performance — a standard across all ad networks. This is clearly stated in both the Advertising Agreement and our Refund Policy, which every advertiser agrees to prior to launching a campaign. All traffic is transparently reported, and advertisers are free to review logs, stats, and data.

We welcome scrutiny of our reviews — there will be always different level of satisfaction and we will do whatever is in our power to assist and provide the best service.
