Hppy with my purchase and especially the 5 year guarantee.Super!!!!

passed from pillar to post when it came to register warranty on the phone.

The washer dryer machine has leaked water from the very beginning and although the engineer arrived promptly at the request of the retailer he could find nothing wrong but suggested a new detergent drawer. We have now received an e-mail to say that these are out of stock. It must be a recurring problem!! The purchase was made on 22 April this year but not installed for several weeks.
We are therefore not very happy with his product and can only hope that the problem will be resolved very soon!!

I still haven’t had confirmation of my guarantee for our fridge freezer.Why do You ask for serial number when it ‘not accepted when entered online,but the model number was.It was bought from euronics and I should have had a five year guarantee.

Terrible, happy with the machine so far, but trying to sort out the 5 year warranty is proving very difficult, spent almost 2 hours so far…. Still not sure if it’s been sorted as no confirmation has been sent.
Not happy.

Our dishwasher stopped working properly after just over 2 years. The engineer tells us that we need a new bottom blade which isn’t in stock. Three weeks later we’re still waiting on the part and can’t contact a human for an update and their AI can’t understand the question or provide an answer on when we can expect this. Won’t buy Blomberg again. Still waiting for my part (8 weeks). I was told that this would be posted to me before the end of July. Today after finally getting through to a human I was have been told that this could not be posted and would be delivered by an engineer on 17th- not that anybody told me. They then advised that this will be posted and I should receive this in 4-5 days. I’m not holding my breath. The products are great while they’re working but don’t expect to get anything fixed in a reasonable time frame. I’m sure there’ll be another update from me when it doesn’t arrive .

I bought from my local shop which gives great service , staff very helpful , the washing machine is easy to use washes well, gives me lots of choice of programs. Looks smart and a 5 year old guarantee is a bonus

Great to deal with a small local company who found me a 50/50 built in fridge freezer with 5 years warranty ( and took time to install it properly) . (Our previous one from Curry’s lasted just 3 years )

The 1st tumble dryer I had broke after a couple of times of me using it. Got a replacement straight away.

I was totally misled. Pointless making an issue if it if that is the quality of the staff that you employ. I wonder what the company will do about it.

Product is fine but Blomberg are unobtainable to rectify the 3 year guarantee which you receive when you follow instructions for 5 yr gtee. I was told because I had a 3 year guarantee it cannot be changed. I was refused a manager or supervisor but eventually transferred 2 or 3 times and finally given a number to ring. It was 'Bloomberg'. So I gave up. In view of the number of similar complaints on Trust Pilot I would suggest the 5 year guarantee is misrepresentation. Makes you wonder, should you need a fault dealt with. Completely spoils what is probably an excellent product.

Very hard to contact Blomberg to register device for warranty. Had issues online, and contact number provided was for Beko who couldn't assist. Found another number advertised as for ROI but was a UK free phone number not contactable in Ireland. Number that came with documentation of appliance is no longer in operation. No online chat facility or contact us form, and no customer service email address listed on website
