Arrived on time, got on with it straightaway, and never stopped working till it was done

Fits well into intergrated space. Well designed inside to store food. Good warranty easy to register. Cant be the technology ,lights and temperature controls.

Had my previous Bloomberg machine for nine years without any faults

We have only done a couple of washes in it so far. When the machine was installed the guys did not level the machine so the first wash took ages. But now we have levelled off the machine it is working spot on

Machines are priced fairly. Large wash load and 5 year guarantee makes it's a good value machine

We have a Bloomberg dishwasher with a five-year guarantee.
it’s now five years and a half old. The pump was replaced nine months ago as we got the error code E 01 which means the dishwasher isn't draining properly.
We've had this same code again and the machine is now not working.
I called their customer service number which is written on the machine. This number is wrong if there's a five-year warranty there’s a different phone number .
they transferred me across and the phone was cut off - message said we’re busy please call back later
when I rang back later, I explained that I expected this repair to be done again without charge
I was transferred three or four times to a different operator .
Each time I had to start from beginning with name number model number etc.
Finally, I was told that they wouldn't honour a repair under warranty as the machine was now too old.
Really poor customer service I won’t ever buy from this group again.

The bigger ring should be in the middle of the hob as its in the corner and is not safe

The washer is working really well, registering it was straightforward and confirmation email arrived very promptly, which is very reassuring.

The two technicans that came to take the old washing machine away and put the new one in we're amazing
