I accidentally took the wrong test

I accidentally took the wrong test, and paid for, before I realized what I had done. Immediately I took the correct exam, but before paying for it, I asked for funds to be transferred to correct test, unfortunately the customer service person was unable to help me, and told me that OSHA would not like that. Very unprofessional , so I paid for 2 test.

Hi, I think there has been some misunderstanding here - customer service rightly said that you cannot 'transfer' a course to a different one after already completing it. If you have paid for 2 certificates by mistake please contact us on the company email info@bloodbornecertifciation.com with the two order numbers and tell us which one is correct and which one is the mistake - we are not mind readers unfortunately, but we will be happy to refund you for the course that you took by mistake.
