I left a special note when I ordered and when Bloom Berry processed the order, they were so quick to get in touch for clarity and they even gave me suggestions on products that were out of stock for them. I loved the attention to detail in the box. Every piece was neatly presented in a personalized wooden box. I thought each piece was thoughtful for a bride-to-be - a great eye for detail too. It was just as I had imagined and was the perfect gift to celebrate my sister's engagement. She absolutely adores her gift.

Awesome service, couldn't be happier! Some items were out of stock but they were replaced with higher value items at no extra cost to me and I was kept in the loop the whole time.
