I haven’t received my delivery. It was broken in transit at the weekend and I just received an alert telling me to just get in touch with sender. I contacted Bloomin immediately, but have heard nothing back. Only 3 days has passed, so I hope I will hear from them soon….
Not trustworthy
I thought the honey sticks were great but they said the same ingredients were in their gummies so I bought those as easier to take. Well they lied in their advertising as the ingredients are not the same, I asked to exchange and they don’t exchange. I asked for a refund on their 90 day promise - guess what / no refund, I would avoid this company they are not trustworthy and do not tell the truth in their advertisements,
They sent me an email that I'm getting…
They sent me an email that I'm getting 90 day supply, but sent me 30 day one. And then they said that it was 30. I sent them my email where it says 90 days. And NOTHING from them. Such a scam. Get ready for a poor customer service as well.

Do not buy from here. Impossible to cancel subscription. They will not take no for an answer! Money grabbing b**strds. And poor quality produce. Be warned!

One bottle we could unscrew and then got sent another bottle with another companies name on it which meant I could use two bottles on my opening.
Company is sorting the problem but i would expect better than 2 of the four bottles I ordered were at fault.

Such poor service I pressed one time buy and they put me in a subscription so send me another batch costing £32 I told them to cancel all orders and subscriptions.
Hannah from bloomin help desk told me they would cancel all subscriptions.

Can’t believe the 2 orders I’ve placed the wrong products have been sent, I’ve tried contacting Bloomin but no response. This looks like a planned response from a company that’s just interested in taking your money. I would advise people to avoid this company and I won’t be using them again.

Terrible customer service
Really great product however, customer service is non existent. I have tried and failed to cancel my subscription following the instructions on the website. It just goes round and around in circles - “manage subscription” to “sign in” and then when you click on “manage subscription” it takes you back to “sign in”. I’ve contacted Bloomin through their customer service email, no reply for over a month so I’ve just had another charge.
I use to recommend this product as I love all the mushroom pumps, I won’t recommend anymore.
Please cancel my subscription.

Trying to cancel my subscription for over a week!
Trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now, impossible to do so by following the instructions they give, its impossible! Ive emailed 8 times and just keep getting a generic email back from Honey/Joy (who clearly arent real or if they are their lack of customer service is APPALLING!) as they are totally ignoring my request and not helping at all, this clearly is a company after ripping people off and not letting them cancel (by making it impossible to do so!). I have contacted my bank and future monies will be declined /refunded as ive proof ive tried to cancel many times! Its disgusting how this company is clearly trying to get people's money. 😡😡😡

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last week but it is proving impossible! I have gone to the customer portal and website to try and do this but it is completely impossible!! So, I have now had many emails back and forth with someone called Honey who completely ignores my request to cancel my subscription and just keeps coming back with one special offer after another! I’ve also been charged double for my last order which I asked to be cancelled but was sent it anyway!! Frankly I am beyond furious and frustrated now!!! Bloomin customer service is a disgrace and they are clearly a company that is more interested in money than looking after their customers! I had only intended to put my subscription on hold for a while until I had used up my current stock as I was happy with the product but the way I have been treated by this company has now ensured that I will never come back! They are an absolute disgrace and Honey, whoever she/he is should be sacked!!!

Ordered duly arrived but I’m a bit dissapointed that the dates on them are bbe end December (and they are supposed to last 12 weeks from opening). I’ve reached out to Bloomin straight away but no response as yet which is a shame. Apart from that, order was great but I’d like to hear back from them on their bbe dates or I’ll just cancel my next subscription.

Poor Delivery Experience – Order Still Not Arrived
I placed my order with Bloomin.co.uk on June 3rd and as of June 9th, I have still not received my order. I'm really disappointed with the lack of updates and the slow delivery. I expected much better service. If you need your order by a specific date or quickly, I would look elsewhere.
