Levering erg slecht. Bedrijf zit in Oostenrijk. Reactie op klacht is ‘heb geduld@. Artikelen op laatste dag van levering nog steeds binnen !

Excellent service and the best design hose for your garden.

I was all set to be impressed by this company, unfortunately I only received half of my order, I contacted them and they came back quickly and after some back and forth apologized and said the other half would be sent out the next day and I would receive notice of dispatch and tracking details. This never happened and now nearly two weeks on they seem to be ignoring my emails asking for an update.. such a shame as up to the point it had all gone smoothly. I really can’t recommend them though and now have the hassle of trying to get some money back through Amazon pay.. all in all a whole lot of hassle and wasted time.

Reply to this promises they’ll be in touch to sort it… update.. they have not reached out and no response to emails still..

Just placed an order for my mum was easy, she orders from there frequently comes fast and great packaging. Don't know why it hasn't got 5 stars can't knock it 10/10 for me can't wait for my stuff to arrive 🎉🎁🙏

Door de post (of door hen zelf?) was er een schade aan de geleverde plantenbak, maar zij stuurde snel een nieuwe plantenbak naar me op toen ik met hun contact opnam (enkel via mail te bereiken wel).

After about a dozen separate attempts,finally able to purchase items online using a credit card, they usually blamed the bank. Advising 'cash in advance' which is probably high risk. Item initially not delivered by UPS despite them saying it had. Had to jump through hoops to get replacement. Icing on the cake was they expected me to make all the arrangements for return. Had to advise them of the law. Cannot get these items anywhere else in the UK. Trustpilot trying to reject negative feedback

I had a couple queries I emailed to them before ordering and they replied promptly with answers …I ordered a lafuma camping table from this company. I tried to get one in the uk but out of stock and could only order from lafuma direct at a higher price and a large delivery charge….I then found that Bloomlings had it in stock . I was a little worried as they are Austrian based They were brilliant . I ordered it last Thursday evening , they kept me updated on its delivery progress from the time I ordered and it was delivered this morning (Tuesday) by UPS . Delivery was free and it was also cheaper than buying in the UK …..Excellent service and would buy from them again if the have what I want

I ordered some Elho pots from this company for the first time last week. I ordered on a Sunday (4th September). Received dispatch confirmation the following day at night (UK time 20:30). I received my parcel from UPS today, on 9th Sept.

I didn't realise this company is based in Austria until I read some previous reviews here on Trustpilot. When I placed my order on their website, I was informed that the estimated delivery date will be "by 12 September" (only 7 days from the date I ordered). Well, I received my items today on the 9th.

The pots are of very good quality (Elho brand) and the although the prices are the same as many other shops, I bought from Bloomling because there were many choices to choose from, and also because I received a 10% discount code from them, for I had subscribed to their regular emails.

My experience with them has been a very positive one for this order, and I am writing this review based on this. I hope they will keep up their excellent service!

I appreciate I am spoiled with usual delivery speeds from Amazon but this seemed slow at almost a week.
Had an issue with one of the items however and got in touch with their customer service team and if was sorted instantly. Can't complain

The company supplied a Gardena Smart Irrigation Control Sensor Set with a 2 pin EU plug into the UK, rather than a UK 3 pin plug. This is against the legal regulations in the UK and is therefore against the law.

After querying this, Bloomling tell me "As we are based in Austria, it would be more complicated for us to provide you with UK plugs, unfortunately. " and offered to pay for an adaptor, which is also against the law as an adaptor is not acceptable, the item has to be fitted with a UK plug.

The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 require that all domestic electrical appliances are fitted with a plug from new.

All manufacturers and importers are required to ensure that electrical items they supply are fitted with UK three-pin plugs with the proper fuse. The only exceptions to this rule are for certain fixed electric lights, appliances intended to be permanently wired into the mains and appliances with an RCD plug or plug transformer. Distributors and retailers must not sell any appliances without a correct fused plug fitted.

Any standard UK plug fitted must be approved by a notified body and either conforms to BS 1363 or offers an equivalent level of safety. The standard requires that the live and neutral pins on plugs are part insulated so as to prevent shocks when removing plugs from sockets. As an alternative to fitting a standard plug, it is permissible, if the appliance is correctly fitted with a non-UK plug which complies with the provisions of international standard IEC 884-1, to be fitted with a "conversion plug" that has been approved for use in conjunction with the non-UK plug. The "conversion plug" must enclose the non-UK plug, and must only be removable by the use of a tool. The "conversion plug" must be approved by a notified body.

Ordered two hanging baskets amongst other things
Took very long time to come
One hanging basket arrived without the cord to hang it
They are so far taking a very long time
Been over a week and no useful response as of yet

Sent our product to wrong address then they returned to their warehouse but they are not giving us refund but the only man who is dealing making excuse that they didn't find box. I contacted their "contact us" email but again that man replying me back from Austria. This is a one man show here no contact number provided. Also he was lying that we gave him wrong address but when I sent screenshot of our email then he stopped. Now going to take action legally because its been a month that they didn't give us refund back. Its too much frustrating that we are paying price of these type of mistakes even they didn't send a word of apology.

Faultless - quality products at a really good price, delivered incredibly quickly. I will be shopping here again.

I ordered from this company to be delivered on a Friday, my item was then sent back to facility before the end of the day and I was told I would get it on the Monday delivery..... looked on my app for delivery time and now it was requested by someone to be delivered to a shop on the Tuesday! I paid for this delivery too.

I couldn’t find many reviews on this company when I went to place an order, but they had the exact item I wanted (most places were sold out) and at a good price so I decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. Excellent communication and updates at all stages of the order, my order arrived early, after just 2 working days, and was very well packaged so no risk of damage. (It was a large plant pot). Very happy customer and would highly recommend.
