“I was scammed out of 40 euros. I ordered 2 jackets and 3 pairs of pants from The North Face. I was deceived — it shows that I should have received the package, but I never received it.”

Like the other reviewers, I also got scammed with this crowd. I spent over $200 for delivery of flowers for staff and nothing was delivered. When you email them (there is no phone nbr nor address) an auto bot send you an email and asks you for the order nbr. They dont give you an order nbr. I told them that and sent proof of payment. they replied asking again for order nbr. It was an auto bot. I will report this to whoever I can in order to get the scam website taken down.

Scam! Never received my order. Kept emailing and they did answer that it was shipped. Never got it. Money down the drain! Beware!

They don't even deserve a star. Can't believe that I fell for this website, blatantly advertising on so many social platforms with honest reviews thinking tht you are gonna receive your package. When I reached out to them via email they responded by sending me a fake tracking ID. My courier company even double checked for me and they said nothing was ever shipped to my skybox. I wish I could get someone to investigate these people l.

They are thieves. They took my order and didn't send me the product.🖕

These people got me March 8, 2025…I ordered many pairs Birkenstocks and free socks! They gave me tracking number…when number said “delivered” they were not! When I tried to get in touch, the website was GONE!!! The tracking number no longer worked! These people know exactly how to get your money without even having to make counterfeits! Do not be as dumb as I was!!!

Ordered on January 6….company said it was delivered on February 9…..it was NOT…..IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED….they said they would send another one…never did! Do not do business with this company…

Promises, promises and nothing ever delivered. What another Chinese joke.

How Can they improve with so much scam going on. Just take people money and said they deliver the job but no such thing arrive at the door step. Tried emailing as no phone number to call but now emails doesn't even work. Very unscrupulous and wonder who can help people like us to get our money back.
No customer service support even though they first replied saying order is on the way, with a tracking number and I have a picture of the tracking and even arriving in Canada and I never received my delivery.
Now it says email no longer exists!
Wow.... how can the gaming companies allow such fraudulent activities and not giving customers support like all the people who got scammed!!!

NEVER GOT MY ORDER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!! YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP ANYTHING!!!!! NOT HAPPY!!

Never received shoes even though they sent a message saying it was delivered. I was home at the time lol. Total scam and waste of money. I hope the companies they purport to represent go after them.

I totally got ripped off on a sneakers deal through Sport check. Sports check should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to take place. I tried to contact the company through email and I kept getting old Chinese language responses and a phony way Bill number

Full on scam do not buy from this so called company.
All emails bounced back and now saying it doesn't exist.

This is a scam. My runners never arrived. When I requested an eta I was given a bogus tracking number. . The website looks so authentic. Don't fall for the good deals. I would give 0 stars as my review if possible.

had too give one ⭐️ or couldnt leave review,i bought 2 electric bikes on seperate occassions,never delivered,no refunds just excuses everytime by email,no refunds,,this co. doesnt even have a phone number now the website has closed sent another email today (yeah april fools day) 1/4/25 but the co. website came back with bad domain so i guess the owner has shut up business or the big boys have taken down the site,,avoid at all costs,,ive even contacted bbc watchdog

If possible to give a 0, I would! The fact that they’re liars and able to still be online is insane to me! There is nothing to protect the consumers it seems.

This is a total scam. I never received my order. When I requested confirmation I kept receiving emails telling me to be patient for 3-5 days. This has been ongoing for almost two months. Then the emails began bouncing. No matter what products are advertised on this site or on any advertisements, Do Not Purchase. This is a total scam!
