Efficient and regular updates made me feel confident my gift was going to be delivered to my friend in time and in good health. Everything you want from a live plant delivery.

While the website is seemingly under going maintenance and has a few issues (orders not going through, emails not responded to etc., chat bot going crazy), I appreciated the ease of connecting with the team via Facebook messenger. Gareth did a very good job communicating a work around and making my life easy in ordering my plant. Thanks Gareth

Bloomspace Is friendly, helpful and efficient. I was impressed with their customer service. There was good communication from the time of the order through every stage, until delivery. We had a small issue with the order at the beginning, however it was quickly and effectively resolved. The plant has arrived in good health, well packaged and just a little thirsty.

All went well...delivered quickly and securely. Plants were a little expensive for their size, though I was prepared to buy instead of having to source elsewhere and do a lot of running around.

I am so thrilled with Bloomspace and my new purchase. The website is clear and clean and so easy to navigate. The price was perfect and after checkout I received some really lovely and generous discounts, off my next purchase via email.

Due to Covid and being in Melbourne my purchase took 7 days to arrive which was a little worrying, but the plant arrived in really good condition and didnt look any worse for ware - which tells me that this plant has been really well cared for prior to shipping. Thanks Bloomspace

My neon pothos came a day or two after the arrival date. I'm assuming this is because of coronavirus which is fine. However my plant was already dying, pretty much every leaf has Brown spots on it. I'm watering it everyday but the leaves are already dead so will have to wait for new leaves to sprout. Disappointed

They did a great job! A little difficulty in delivering. I gave them a room number at the hotel in one of the fill-in boxes and then the delivery didn’t happen the first time it went out because they missed the room number and name. They emailed and I gave the info and it was delivered a few days later. Maybe I should have called. Nice plant. Professional.
