Love the dress l ordered, great quality and good value. I would give 5 stars had l not had to wait over a month to recieve!

The dress looked pretty. but i felt its pricy for the quality of the dress.

The dress came quickly and the fit was fine. Style is cute but the quality of fabric and workmanship was terrrible. The hem of the sleve was just a zigzag stitch then never even turned it under so that you couldn’t see the stitches. I am trying to return it and it says to contact customer serve at service.blooroy.com and nothing comes up under that address.

The quality of these clothes is garbage. It really is junk that looks as if is made in a sweatshop run by toddlers. Customer service offered 15% money back
I am still working on getting my full money back and I will right similar reviews every day until I get my money back. Do not buy from this company

I am very happy with the dress. I didn’t order the right size my fault. A little tight but I do like the dress.

Never received my order or any feedback from this company until I posted do not order from this company. My credit card was immediately charged but when I cancelled the order and asked for a return, they said,"15 days". After waiting 2 weeks for my order, again the reply was "15 days". What is it with their "15 days"?

Dress was too small as top section did not go to waist was empire style, not like picture. I wanted to return it and get refund. They kept asking me to keep it and they would give me a small amount of money. I said I wanted to return it and I would pay to send it back. They said I would have to ship it to China even thought the address on the package was Jamaica NY. We must have exchanged 4 or more emails. Finally gave up. Also they advertise dresses are made in North Carolina. Just another scam.

What the heck. Terrible reviews but I should have looked at those before I ordered. Too bad because their clothes looked super cute.

So now I'm stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit. It took forever to receive and NOTHING like advertised. I contacted customer service for a refund and customer servicewas Very friendly and got my issues resolved right away

Terrible customer service. Never received my order, and all they did in response to my issue was copy and paste my delivery confirmation and told me to contact USPS to file a claim. Never a real person to speak with or even try to help with my situation.

Terrible. Sizing was totally incorrect. I ordered a two piece suit. Top fitted perfectly. The trousers were about 4 sizes smaller! When I advised that I wanted to return they said they would offer me $8 refund - original price was $56. We negotiated to $32 dollars but clothing useless unless both bits fit. They refused a return. Do not shop with this company

I ordered the Coffee Floral Print Maxi Dress with Jacket for $57.99 plus $9.99 shipping. The dress was made with very cheap material and looked nothing like the photo. I wanted to return the dress and they said they would refund $8 and for me to keep the dress. I wrote back that was ridiculous and they then offered $16 and I keep the dress. Obviously the dress is from China. I still have the dress and have heard nothing from them. I will never wear it.

Both dresses were too small...needed a M..they told me would ship out immediately once they received the $16 shipping fee which I sent today via PayPal..so looking forward to getting correct size as beautiful dresses!

My order was perfect. The only issue I had was the delivery. I have a box marked fedx Amazon & ups at my gate for deliveries. It was raining the day it was delivered & the driver just tossed it over the gate onto the ground without even putting it in a plastic bag. Luckily I was home & saw the truck, I was able to retrieve it before any damage was done.
