The clips they sent look nothing like the photos. The quality is extremely bad, and one of the flowers on the clips had already fallen off before it even arrived. To return them from Germany, I have to pay fifty euros, plus a seven-dollar penalty they charge themselves. Don’t be fooled by the photos, and don’t be fooled by their claim that returns are easy.

I purchased earrings which broke the first day. I asked for replacement which I was told would be sent. Some weeks later I reached and was told there is delay in manufacturing. Some months later I reached out again and was given same response. Then months later I reached out and was told the item is not available and would receive voucher for website. I opted for reimbursement instead and now 13 months since first communication have not received it. The email responses are automated or by someone who has no idea. Overall very disappointed with customer service. And unclear about quality but frankly was going to give them benefit of doubt.

A total SCAM. Don't ever bother with this site. It is a scam, ordered online still haven't gotten order and they refused a refund.

They did not ship me half my order and did not send me any communication about it either. When I emailed them 3 weeks later, they are still saying they are late on production with no date on when they will even ship it or clear resolution for fulfilling my order. So I asked for a refund for the part of the order that they have not sent me and they are refusing to refund it.
