When making the purchase the purchase company gave us the wrong activation key. BLR got on a Google meet with us and provided the proper key. Conversion of our Zimbra tgz to a Outlook PST was fast and accurate.

After multiple requests from support to get online and provide support, he was unable to resolve the issue. He continued to arguee with me that he would not provide a refund as this was not his software issue. The website claims they can migrate gmail to gmail. However, he failed to complete this tasks. This software is a scam.

Simple to use and incredibly effective this data recovery tool is worth every penny.

A copy of the charges is also available and the transcript of the support conversation if needed. - Review: My computer was recently locked out with a Bitlocker message. I never enabled Bitlocker and had no key. BLR Tools (blrtools.com)claimed they can decrypt the hard drive and recover the data. I paid $120.00 for the Pro-Premium software only to find it did not work. The software would not retrieve any data or unlock Bitlocker. I explained all the details to an agent online only identified as "Agent." After trying every option the software still failed to provide any help. In the end, all of my data on the drive is lost. So I requested their "30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE​." The "Agent" replies, "Yes there is 100% guarantee we offer and that goes with free trial" How can you have a "Money Back Guarantee" on a "Free Trial?"

I must warn anyone who considers using BLR Tools they are not reputable at all! English is not their first language as many of the sentences the "Agent" typed make no sense (they are in India). In addition, they offer a "Money Back Guarantee" but look for every excuse not to give a refund and claim the guarantee is on the "free trial?" This truly appears as a scam or "bait and switch" tactic to rip off people when their software fails. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid these people. BLR data recovery tool offered a way to recover lost or deleted data from Bitlocker encrypted drive data. Thanks to BLR team for this amazing feature.

NAS data recovery was easy but a little but support needed and I got back the asustor 2tb 2 drives data, mostly backed up data.

Recommended as cheaper, faster and effective.

Cons: no free file saving option but preview

This has been a great program to find lost photos on Sd cards and USB. Really recommend their service which is effective.
