I've used their services for very few times The driver was punctual, professional and courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. They provided a child seat as requested, making the journey safe and stress-free for our family. Highly reliable and would happily recommend them. The amazing thing is that they could wait for you upto hour and there prices are really affordable.

Avoid. Unreliable Driver and Unhelpful Customer Service

About an hour after I posted the review, customer manager immediately contacted and offered a partial refund. Hence the additional 3 stars.

Worst experience with this company. Wholly unreliable if you have a flight to catch.
My mistake to book (and fully paid for in advance) a return trip for Heathrow. Original driver no show for the outbound trip. Kept chasing and customer care kept saying the driver was on his way. Waited for over 35 minutes and a "replacement" driver finally came, which turned out to be a bolt driver. I was later told that the original driver "was in a situation that could not respond to calls". Who knows what that mean and whether that's a true statement - I have no way to verify it.
Almost missed my long haul flight because of the delay. Complained immediately. Wanted to cancel my inbound trip and a refund but they insisted for me to keep the booking. Also promised a compensation which is still yet to happen. Sent a customer complaint via website, but customer service sent me to another online form which has glitches and cannot be submitted. Please avoid this company unless you want extra stress.
The one star is for the inbound trip driver who just made me wait for 10 mins.

10/10 Brilliant, punctual and fun
I greatly appreciated the fact that both the company and the driver were easily communicable and were very well communicated with me. They prioritise passenger experience and arrival time above anything else. Calling us ahead of pickup time to inform due to delays on our route our driver will be arriving earlier, a very considerate gesture. The driver and the person handling my booking online were very friendly and open to us getting comfortable during our journey, from playing our own songs to being conversational and more attributes. Blue Airport Transfers is frankly the only amazing option for me and should be for others too

Would recommend
I was really impressed with this service; would use them again and recommend them. The WhatsApp confirmations the night before a flight and updates about drivers ETAs were all helpful and appreciated. Our second driver (Mohsin) was fantastic. We were there much earlier than we had booked for and he adjusted our pick up time using his judgement so we didn't have to wait around. He was friendly and a safe driver.
We did have a bit of an issue with our first driver who was on his phone almost the entire way but I reported it to the company and they said they would look into it. This aside, the experience overall was stress-free.

Overall, does a wonderful experience using blue Airport transfer cab from London, Heathrow airport, coordination from there support staff was amazing. The time of the flight landed track the flight and provide the cab on time at the time of completing busiest immigration procedure, the rates are reasonable and cheaper than that other operators, the cab well maintained and clean thanks for the wonderful service.

Very pleased
Blue Airport Transfer reached out to me the day before and asked if they could come a few minutes early! I was amazed and delighted. How often does that happen? Superb service!!!
I had an excellent experience with Blue Airport Transfer and couldn’t be more grateful for their service. I booked an early morning transfer to Heathrow Terminal 5, and everything was handled perfectly from start to finish.
They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially as I was travelling with my elderly mother and we had five pieces of luggage. The driver arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and helped us with all our bags without any hassle.
What really stood out was how fair and reasonable they were with the pricing – the negotiation was smooth, transparent, and much better compared to other quotes I received.
The journey itself was very comfortable and smooth, which made a huge difference given the early start. It completely took the stress out of travelling.
I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and professional airport transfer.

Went above and beyond for me
My son didn’t have his phone working when he landed at Heathrow so we couldn’t contact him but Blue Airport Transfer went above and beyond in tracking him down. They were in constant communication with me and let me know as soon as they found my son. I’m very, very impressed with this company’s professionalism and commitment to great service. Best airport car service I’ve ever experienced
The booking process was easy, customer support was great too. And the driver was charming. Met us off the plane, really helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Will be using Blue Airport Transfer again.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service! Had no issue booking. Got confirmation straight away! I rang to confirm and spoke to the lovely assistant about what time we should leave for our flight. The company kept me up to date all the time and even contacted me to ask if we wanted to leave easier as there were road closures. The driver was the loveliest man ever. He was so chatty and kind. Offered to stop so we could get a cup of coffee. An absolute gentleman! Would highly recommend this service as it is excellent value for money and the staff are 10\10. Thank you so much!!!!
