We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and quality products designed to be loved - and to last. Lovely item
Lovely item, wondered what was in the box as tiny item, but very sensible as it stopped it getting lost in the post so very grateful. Lovely quality and I’m jealous of my dolls house occupants I’d love this in human size.

This is a gem of a website
This is a gem of a website. I order mostly Maileg Mice and accessories. Service is so efficient, always beautifully packaged with a little sweet treat inside (which happens to be to be my favourites!). The Paw points rewards system is also brilliant. Highly recommend supporting this independent business

Just recently started collecting Maileg and found Bluebell's Burrow stocked some bits I was after. They have a lovely selection of Maileg, super fast delivery and even added a little treat in the box on my second order. Extremely happy, what a sweet company! Will be ordering again! 5* x

They need to sort out their customer service regarding answering customer queries/problems instead of 'ghosting' them.

Hi Bruce - we have responded to your emails about a missing tag from your item, including an email again this morning. It is disappointing to then receive a 1 star review rather than responding to the email
Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Rapid dispatch and my item was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and sent along with some sweets. Very generous. Would most definitely shop here again.
