support suckes

support suckes, 2-3 days to respond, dashboard manipulation with wrong data profit days so u dopnt get payouts, also huge delays 7-8 days to get payout and then they disappear your account so you cannot trade, never seen worse prop firm

I purchased a 25k challenge ascent Bad decision!

I purchased a 25k challenge ascent, then when I passed the challenge, I received my funded account with a 4 days delay. OK! And the worst part it was when I started to trade, all the profits trades was manipulated,example: if made 400usd in profit in the dashboard was reflected just 40usd and it supposed that you have to make min 100usd or 200usd to get a profitable day but if you got 400usd I losses it will reflected like 400usd losses. IT DOESN'T MAKES SENSE
