I was concerned about pulling all the documents for a Tribunal bundle together and ensuring the formatting and size complied. Jayne at Bluebird Support Services helped me ensure the finished product looked professional and organised. Jayne was so kind, patient and professional and I can’t thank her enough. It really took a lot of the stress away from me.

While the turnaround time is generally quick, and Jayne's team demonstrates expertise, the service quality can feel inconsistent at times. Communication is polite, and the flexible arrangements are helpful. Overall, a satisfactory experience, though there’s room for improvement in maintaining top-tier service consistently.

Jayne and her team are experts in their field - not only do they accomplish the assigned tasks to the highest standard, but are also able to suggest improvements and anticipate needs. They are always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

I am a self-employed consultant solicitor specialising in general commercial, corporate, employment and disputes law. I am based on the Wirral in Cheshire and work by myself from home and serviced offices. I serve clients nationally and overseas on a remote-hybrid basis. I need secretarial support to type long letters, memos and prepare draft legal documents based on specialist legal precedents to save me time and effort so I can concentrate on my client’s legal problems and less on admin and document drafting.

I have used Jayne’s team at Bluebird PA since around April 2024 and they have been brilliant at assisting me in my administration and secretarial needs. Their output is fast and accurate; often with a turnaround of a matter of hours. What few mistakes they have made, they have always corrected and been willing to accept feedback and constructive criticism. They have adapted seamlessly to my cloud IT systems and working methods. Their fees are very reasonable and spending a few hundred pounds per month saves me many hours of time to focus on my legal work and my business.

If you are a sole trader or small business, I strongly recommend Bluebird’s services.
