Putting together a Tribunal bundle as a litigant can be incredibly stressful. Having instructed another service and unfortunately received a poor service, with an output that could be relied upon or used, I was understandably extremely nervous about trying another service.

From the outset, Jayne at Bluebird was prompt in responding, friendly, calm and professional. Most importantly, she was transparent about what she could and could not do and clear about what she needed from me. A few issues needed ironing out along the way, and she remained patient, reassuring and professional throughout.

I really appreciated the experience, professionalism and humanity of the person behind the service, as well as the competitive rate. Litigation is stressful and costly enough, so dealing with a company that is responsive, and genuinely helpful makes a real difference.

Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Bluebird and would use their services again.

I have frequently engaged Bluebird to help with the preparation of bundles in cases where I am acting under direct public access. They do a first class job for very reasonable fees. It is far better to outsource this work to skilled professionals than to attempt it myself. I recommend Julie and Jayne very warmly.

As a Litigant in Person I had to produce a 'Bundle', never done this before, and it was a mammoth task to say the least! I found and contacted Bluebird Support Services. Jayne in particular came back quickly, so we then started conversations via email about my Bundle. She has been absolutely fantastic; quick to respond; excellent at explaining things; extremely supportive; very professional, but also very friendly. I've now completed my Bundle, and could not have chosen a better Company, Jayne's 'service' has been exemplary, whilst I was panicking! she was behind me all the way. On top of that, Bluebirds rates are very competitive, as well as being affordable for LiP's, and the Bundle is professional, complying with HMCTS. While the turnaround time is generally quick, and Jayne's team demonstrates expertise, the service quality can feel inconsistent at times. Communication is polite, and the flexible arrangements are helpful. Overall, a satisfactory experience, though there’s room for improvement in maintaining top-tier service consistently.

Jayne and her team are experts in their field - not only do they accomplish the assigned tasks to the highest standard, but are also able to suggest improvements and anticipate needs. They are always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

I am a self-employed consultant solicitor specialising in general commercial, corporate, employment and disputes law. I am based on the Wirral in Cheshire and work by myself from home and serviced offices. I serve clients nationally and overseas on a remote-hybrid basis. I need secretarial support to type long letters, memos and prepare draft legal documents based on specialist legal precedents to save me time and effort so I can concentrate on my client’s legal problems and less on admin and document drafting.

I have used Jayne’s team at Bluebird PA since around April 2024 and they have been brilliant at assisting me in my administration and secretarial needs. Their output is fast and accurate; often with a turnaround of a matter of hours. What few mistakes they have made, they have always corrected and been willing to accept feedback and constructive criticism. They have adapted seamlessly to my cloud IT systems and working methods. Their fees are very reasonable and spending a few hundred pounds per month saves me many hours of time to focus on my legal work and my business.
