Blue Carrot gave me really good advice on what catering to provide for the event I was holding, a little different to what I had chosen, but excellent reasons given as to why. The two staff members who came were very pleasant and helpful, friendly to the visitors and packed and wrapped afterward, and left the venue in the same condition as we found it. I would use them again, and had so many positive comments about the quality of food provided. People enjoyed it very much.

Had a Saturday meeting with about 30 people. These guys were no stress, turned up on time with everything that was ordered. Everyone enjoyed the food. Great serving sizes for special dietaries too - the same size as everyone else's. Some caterers give them less food. I had to add a special diet option the day before and that wasn't a problem. The delivery guy is friendly. They didn't charge a Saturday surcharge like other caterers wanted to.

Waiting service people were great, the kitchen was cleaned well after the evening, the food was very average, and was poorly rated by our guests at annual our Matariki Evening June 15th this also included rating of the canapes.
We did have Blue Carrot booked for another function, canapes for 100 clients two weeks later but due to what we experienced and other what other canape selections offered on your menu, plus you could not deliver at 5.45pm due to your staff finishing at 5pm therefore not accommodating to us, we cancelled and would not use your services again or recommend to others to use you should I be asked to. Also the fact that I told your sales person of outcome no one contacted me to try and discuss or put right in some way, no customer service whats so ever other than an email to say please let us know what was wrong with the food so he could talk with the chef, zero creditablty or accountability on your management for the company. Very helpful, easy to order, able to adapt to change at last minute

Excellent company to deal with, always on time, and the food is wonderful.

The food is always beautiful and delicious. It is well presented, dietary plates labelled (e.g. vegetarian) and crockery well-marked for easy return allocation (multiple caterers serve our large company).
The staff are friendly and helpful.

No hassles, easy to organise catering for our breakfast event. Variety of options as well as allergy friendly. We will be using them again.

The food was great and was super easy to order. Would just like to see alternative options available when ordering to reduce/remove the plastic in the lunch packs.
