मैंने 03/04/2026 को एक ₹3000 का डिपाजिट किया था पेमेंट ब्लूचिप के वॉलेट में नहीं आया मैंने कस्टमर केयर से कंप्लेंट की उन्होंने एक op नंबर जनरेट किया कुछ दिनों तक वह यह बोलते रहे कि आप इंतजार कीजिए आपकी कंप्लेंट पर काम किया जा रहा है । सात आठ दिन बाद बोले की पेमेंट प्रोवाइड से डिटेल नहीं मिल पा रही है इस कारण समय लग रहा है । 15 दिन बाद बोले की पेमेंट प्रोवाइडर को पेमेंट प्राप्त नहीं हुआ जबकि मैंने पेमेंट का स्क्रीनशॉट बैंक का स्टेटमेंट और बैंक द्वारा पेमेंट का कंफर्मेशन लेटर उपलब्ध कराया फिर भी यह बोल रहे हैं कि आपका पेमेंट हमें प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है आपका पेमेंट आपको नहीं मिलेगा हर प्रकार का प्रूफ देने के बाद भी। इनकी ऑपरेटर बोलते की कि वेट कीजिए आपका प्रक्रिया चल रहा है । ऑपरेटर द्वारा कोई भी मदद नहीं की जाती है। पेमेंट प्रोवाइड की डिटेल अपने दी मैंने उस पर पेमेंट किया । तो भाइयों मेरा आपसे निवेदन है इस कंपनी से बिल्कुल भी मत जुड़िए । पूर्ण रूप से फ्रॉड करती है क्योंकि यह आपका डिपॉजिट ही नहीं आपको दे पा रही है हर प्रकार की जानकारी देने के बाद भी । आप हर प्रकार की जानकारी देवी दोगे तब भी यह आपको आपका पैसा नहीं देगी। इतने थोड़े से पैसे के लिए जब यह ऐसा कर सकती है तो यदि यह बड़ा अमाउंट होता तब तो यह अकाउंट ही ब्लॉक कर देती। इस मैसेज को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करो जिससे कि अपने भाइयों को धोखाधड़ी से रोका जा सके।
आज काम से कम 20 दिन होने वाले हैं फिर भी कंपनी का यही कहना है कि आप इंतजार कीजिए कीजिए आपका पेमेंट की प्रोसेसिंग चल रही हमारी टीम बहुत ही लगन से इस पर काम कर रही है इतना मूर्ख बनाते हैं यह जिसकी कोई हद नहीं पूर्ण रूप से फ्रॉड कंपनी है। वह सोच रहे हैं कि अभी मेरे द्वारा और पैसा डाला जाएगा।

I played with them and started winning…

I played with them and started winning good amount which they don't want.They put hurdles to stop you winning and make rules which they don't follow for e.g their sports betting rules says you have to wager your 100% deposit amount by placing on odds greater than 1.5 but I deposit 10000 and made 30000 they asked me to wagers 32000 to able to withdraw which is not acceptable but still I did that and won again. Then they saw they can't stop me from winning they limit by bets to mere600-700 only.I was forced to withdraw only 40rs left.But then they tried to confiscate 3200 rupees which I didn't have I my account.I asked them the reason they said I break rules 10.3 I asked when they replied they cannot tell you due to privacy reason.They won't tell me which rule i broke but limit my account

Account verification and confiscated

I will start with recent one.
25515 INR has been confiscated from my account and balance showing zero.
When I am asking reasons, they all mentioning Rule 10.3 and some incorrect balance settlement due to technical error from Casino. Not sharing any details or breakdown.

Another instance last to last week.
When I won around 84k, they put my account on verification and I could not withdraw it.
Later it was due to my impatience that I lost all that money. But this is pure scam website.

Legit scammers

Legit scammers. In starting you might get some small wins, after that if you win big from your money, account is blocked, if you loose money you are welcomed to loose more and more. They will spam your registered mail with bonus offers but as soon as you win from those bonuses your winnings will be cancelled and you will be told that you abused bonus. So there is no winning. If you want to loose your money then only go to these scammers. They will find some excuse to block your account and take your deposit with winnings. For example they will ask your for verification just for small amount like 2-4 thousands rupees and then reject the verification and block the account. If you have such issues, file a complain with cyber police, report all your deposit transaction and you might be help in recovering some money. They will never tell you exact reason why your account is being blocked or winnings not provided, they will just give you some point from their terms and conditions and say, this is the reason we are blocking you, that's it. I wish there was rating below 1 or even in minus. Worst mistake I made is not reading reviews on trustpilot.

It's totally fraud casino site. I was playing bluechip for 5years.it was used to be good platform but since last year I was facing problems with withdrawal every single time and they forced me lose the deposit amounts by cancelling withdrawal every single time.i played yesterday and got 1000x win after long months they suddenly blocked my account and told me I didn't verify my identity which is I already done 2times from the past years.and I raised a complaint from bluechip customer service about it and they told me my account is restricted by rule 4.4 that I have submit documents and information to verify my identity.i asked them to resolve it and I can give all the proofs they want

After long hours they sent me a mail
Under rule 10.1 we cannot unblock your account

I have followed all the terms and conditions of the casino and I was using one account only.whenever I made deposit lose money there is not a single issue but when I won a big amount and trying to withdraw the funds they blocked my account

Bluechip was really a good casino before 2years.but now it's running by scammer people's that they will never let you withdraw ur own deposit money and they will block u if u win a big amount

I registered new account on bluechip casino and when I placed withdrawal request then they blocked my account and said you have multiple account but after registration I cannot login to my account then I create new account for only checking purpose and when support solve my issue then I deposit my account and yet I can't login to my another account and bluechip support said your remaining account is active you can use this then why they can't block my remaining account and active this account because another account don't have any money and this account is already have fund it's clearly scam
