We received zero ROI with our LinkedIn initiative. Their target audience was not even close to the parameters that we set. It honestly hurt our business more than it helped.

Our sales rep quit or was fired within the short engagement period. Meanwhile they continued to try to invoice us well after we met our agreed upon terms.

They’re a total joke.

The team at BCM truly exceeded our expectations. They provided exceptional support to our recruitment agency by helping our sales team with prospecting, which directly resulted in 12 new clients over 7 months — all tracked back to their innovative software.

In addition, they enhanced our outreach efforts with well-crafted newsletters and impactful social media ads. BCM has been an invaluable partner in our growth, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

If you like *wasting* money, hire this company. They over promise and don't deliver.

They promise a targeted campaign to targeted leads and they end up sending LinkedIn business development connection requests to people who are looking for jobs and/or people who aren't even remotely close to the industry they're supposed to be targeting. This happens on a wide basis and not with a handful of leads. As you can imagine, people who are on the receiving end of this ridiculousness get mad at the intrusion. In addition, the sequences are written from a 5 year old's perspective.

I spent $6K with this place and got absolutely NOTHING. In addition, their customer service is non-existent or argumentative at best.

BCM is the worst company I've ever used for anything. Thankfully, I tell everyone I know so they don't have the same experience.

Total waste of time, and money. You sign up for 6 months then you see no results. We did not get one client and we spend $4,500 for nothing. Do not waste your money.

Great campaign execution. Was able to maximize and automate my outbound sales ops. Will use again.

Blue craze (which we actually joined when it was just named “Leadly”) was a success for our business. We onboarded two clients within the first three months (in a slow market) so the ROI was fantastic.

Nothing is perfect but when things didn’t line up they were right there to help get it back on track - super responsive and helpful. 100% recommend.
