I have ordered up to 5 laptops from Bluecybercow and all have always come in good shape. A part from one which had battery issues, but I returned it and was fixed. So far am very happy, looking forward to receiving a prize this year as one of your trusted clients... haha.

Great product and really quick delivery made me a very happy customer, the laptop is described as refurbished but is in excellent condition and feels as good as new.

I order a second user Dell XPS. It arrived well packaged and the physical condition was better than advertised. I can't remember how exactly the battery state was described but I can honestly say, based on the description the battery capacity in practical use exceeded my expectations.

A very intuitive service and speedy delivery. I am unable to test the product just yet but the service is excellent.

I ordered this laptop Wednesday and was delivered Friday. It was very well packaged and in even better condition than described. It was excellent value for money with a high specification. Worked straight out of the box with plenty of battery life left in it.
I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Perfect In every respect would use them again without hesitation

I recently bought a precision 5810 from Bluecybercow. It arrived with a massive box & very well packed with cardboards, rubber conors for the base unit. The price is VERY reasonable. I was so impressed I bought a precision T3600 too.

I was satisfied with everything. Despite the fact it came one day late, which is understandable due to the christmas season, the monitor came as shown in the pictures and works perfectly.

Purchased a used 6tb hard drive from them, it was exactly as described and in excellent working order. Best price I found for the specific model, and quick delivery.

Bought a mini pc from these guys. Arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Great service and a really good price too.
