Amazing value for money,loaded with windows 11,
the i7 8th gen 16gb ram is well up to any task thrown at it.
Condition was exactly as described few dents on lid etc, but for the price you can't complain.
Delivered rapidly in a box with airbag wallet to protect the precious cargo.
What more could you ask for from a dealer 100%

Honestly it feels like a loop hole. The laptop was brand new I swear! I told all my friends and they're desperate to buy one too. Crazy value and amazing quality.

I recently bought a laptop and noticed it heats up at times, though the temperature goes down afterward. I raised the issue with the supplier, and they handled it very professionally. They explained in detail that, due to the smaller heatsink in such machines, some warmth is normal. They even offered me the option to return it, but I chose to keep it since my daughter likes it and it works well for her, even if the surface warms up a little.

I really appreciated their prompt responses, clear technical explanation, and excellent customer service.
