I am extremely disappointed withâŠ
I am extremely disappointed with Bluedart's service. I had a package scheduled for delivery on 31-10-24, but despite it being a holiday at my location, the delivery person never called or made any contact attempt. Knowing it was an office holiday, I expected the delivery to be made the next day or at least to receive a call to confirm arrangements.
To make matters worse, the package was shipped back without any notification. Iâve since tried contacting their customer service at least 30â40 times, but the line is always engaged, and I cannot get through to anyone for help. The lack of customer support and communication is beyond frustrating, and I still havenât been able to resolve the issue or reschedule the delivery.
I expected much better service and communication from Bluedart.
