Casey was amazing throughout the whole day and efficiently and effectively taught us everything we needed to know, answered any questions we had!

No training information was available to read before starting the training, which then asked questions I had to rely on all ready knowing the answer as the information wasn’t covered in the videos

straight forward process, concise and on-point modules. positioning as enabler, not barrier.

excellent course, very complete, however I have not yet received my white card in my email and I would like to at least be able to view it on the internet

course delivery is good. The assessment is also good, although I was confused at first when it said i needed notes from Q1 - 17 but I had done way more questions throughout the course. The trainers on the other end advised which questions to take notes for but it should be more obvious.

Easy online approach&helpful service ,when I had queries they were quickly addressed and resolved.Had a question once payment was made ,rang the office Chelsea there sorted it straight away .

Easy to follow online content and turn around time for organising the online assessment was very quick.
